We happened upon this restaurant by accident and decided to give it a try, and we were very glad we did. We were greeted with great warmth, seated and were also told were the toilets were, a very helpful touch I thought.
The food is well presented with an innovative take on traditional Italian flavours. On being seated we were given a glass of Prosecco and an amuse bouche and then left to order. Our dishes included anchovies stuffed with almonds with a sweet fruit sauce, risotto cooked in Barolo wine, stuffed paccheri with artichokes and tomatoes and an excellent pork dish. Everything we tasted was well cooked and had good flavours. We chose an excellent white wine from the Alto Adige region of Northern Italy and reasonably priced for its quality.
At the end of the meal we were offered a limoncello which neither of us enjoy as it is very sweet so we were offered a grappa instead which my partner accepted happily. The clientele was mostly locals, but the owners speak good English.
Tip, do not be put off by the crowd from the lively bar over the road. If we ever have the call to go back to Naples we would definitely return to this restaurant.

Zuppe di farro was the stand out. Zito in ragu was good, house wine by the glass only was ok. Staff was nice. 2 piatti (6 euro each) 2 wine (3 euro each), 1 soup (5 euro), 1 dessert (5 euro), 1 mineral water (2 euro). No coperto.

We had dinner here on Jan. 17th. The staff was very friendly, hospitable and made us feel very welcome. We had a wide selection of appetizers, which were all very tasteful and fresh. The chef gave us a detailed explanation of the menu. Also the main course, desert and wine were all a success. Perfect place for a lovely evening out!

The first night we went there we were obviously a little early about 8pm but Eduardo went out of his way to make us comfortable and welcome. The food was a gastromic delight. Initially we had a welcoming tapa which was a beautiful appetiser. We had dishes such as Cochinella, Risotto and Lamb Pecorino. Added to this we had some fantastic wines suggested by Eduardo. I can't remember what we had now for the second night but it didn't disappoint. The price was more than we had been paying but was still well within our budget. I will go back the next time I am in Naples.
