This was our first stop in Italy. The hotel is within walking distance of the train station so it's very convenient as a home base for travels to Pompeii and Vesuvius. That said, plaza Garibaldi is one of the worse areas of the city. It's dirty, filled with people and doesn't feel completely safe at night. The hotel is an oasis in this chaos. Greatly redone, the corridors, rooms and rooftop restaurant are very nice, and the view from the top is amazing. The bathroom was big and had a large tub perfect for two. Breakfast was great on the rooftop patio, with a wide selection of hot and cold options and the best cherry tomatoes I've ever tasted. If you're looking for a good hotel at a good price and you don't mind the area this is your option. If you're spending more time in Napoli I would recommend one of the hotels close to the castello de l'Ovo and the waterfront.

We absolutely loved UNA Napoli! It was just a short walk from the train station and staffed by very friendly people. The doors to the balcony in our room were sound proof so as soon as we shut them, all the choas outside died down and when we pulled our black out curtains closed, our room was totally dark and silent. It. Was. Awesome. This was actually my husband's favorite place we stayed on our two week trip all over Italy. The breakfast was fabulous as well with an incredible view of the city on top of the hotel.

Room Tip: We had a room on the fifth floor with an awesome view of the city. Loved it!

We arrived very late at night for a one night stay, we needed to be close to the train station, 3 minutes walking. The hotel was very nicely renovated, the room we enjoyed had two lovely french doors opening up to a balcony that faced the main road/square in front of the hotel. New marble bathroom. The breakfast was on the roof terrace with a surprisingly lovely view. Good to have a coffee while looking at the Naples skyline. The staff of the hotel were very helpful, I would sertainly return and recommend.

Our executive room was clean and spacious with a balcony overlooking the plaza with all it's entertaining hustle and bustle but once the windows are closed all the noise is shut out. Breakfast or an evening drink on the rooftop terrace is a must for the views and the waiting staff are all very helpful and pleasant. The hotels location a few minutes walk from the station makes it ideal for visiting Pompeii and Herculanium or similar but do find time to visit Naples itself. It's a fascinating place just a bit battered and bruised in places. During the day there was nowhere in the city we felt uncomfortable and there are plenty of places just off the plaza to eat in the evenings.

Room Tip: Opt for a higher floor if you want to sleep with a window open

Frond desk, the most unfriendly and rude people ever. I felt in this hotel like intruder. If you doesn't speak italian don't expect any customer service. Extra paid is everything, wifi, parking (20e) etc. Expensive restaurant with average food. We couldn't wait to leave this hotel.

Bright point's:

-Tarrace on the roof
-Clean and nice rooms
-Good breakfast

Location is ideal for people with large bags coming from Napoli Centrale. Rooms are very nice and spacious and provide you with all the requirements you'll have as a traveler.

Mattress is very comfortable. Everything is cleaned well and the service is very friendly and competent. The only thing is the place in front of the hotel, because of the bus.

The breakfast at the roof terrace is very good with a nice view over the city and sea. Definitely recommended to stay here during a trip to Napoli.

We stayed one night in this Hotel because we needed to catch an early train to Como. The room was nice and clean but try getting a smile or information from the reception staffs were impossible. The most unfriendly people ever. The roof top staff were better and its nice just to have a drink there. Don't ear there unless you have to. The food was terrible - don't bother with the steak. We asked for medium rare and both got well done - never had a piece of steak so dry and so bad.
