We stayed for 5 days - the hotel was lovely. Great rooftop terrace for breakfast and evening drinks (but expensive drinks!). The room was clean and had shutters and double glazing so very little noise from a very rowdy area.
Good restaurants nearby and it was close to the railway station for ease of accessing tours and train rides e.g. to Pozzuoli or Sorrento. We did tours to Pompeii and Vesuvius but arranged our own through Project Naples Services.
Naples was very dirty with Garbage everywhere. It was cobbled streets mainly. But lots of market stalls on Fridays and Saturdays.
The hotel was a blessed retreat from the hot sun of August!
