If you are going to arrive at or leave from the Central Station, this hotel in very convenient. You can walk with your luggage on the sidewalk to and from the station. If you need a taxi, they say it costs you only a few euros. The Central station has been under construction for many years and there are much garbage and some homeless in the area, the hotel itself doesn't have any problem. We enjoyed the panoramic view during breakfast on the roof terrace.

We stayed for 5 days - the hotel was lovely. Great rooftop terrace for breakfast and evening drinks (but expensive drinks!). The room was clean and had shutters and double glazing so very little noise from a very rowdy area.
Good restaurants nearby and it was close to the railway station for ease of accessing tours and train rides e.g. to Pozzuoli or Sorrento. We did tours to Pompeii and Vesuvius but arranged our own through Project Naples Services.
Naples was very dirty with Garbage everywhere. It was cobbled streets mainly. But lots of market stalls on Fridays and Saturdays.
The hotel was a blessed retreat from the hot sun of August!

Room Tip: higher floors are nearer the restaurant

Lovely hotel close to the train station. The rooms are spacious and well kept. The bathroom facilities are very good. The restaurant at the top of the hotel serves a good breakfast and has a superb view. Wonderful to eat breakfast between all the flowers and beautiful view.

As long as you know that this hotel is right by the railway station on the busiest square in Naples which is full of "different" types of people you will be fine. I knew where the hotel was and what the are was like because I have been to Naples before. I also knew that as a single female traveller arriving at night on the bus from the airport I wanted a hotel which was brightly lit and obviously so i didn't have to go hunting for a B&B with a map in my hand.
The hotel is modern inside but they have a nice atrium with some of the old brickwork and beams. The breakfast was included on the rooftop restaurant which has an outside area and great views. The breakfast wasn't amazing but it was a good choice of cereals, cakes and some cold meat with hot and cold drinks.
If I was going to Naples again and needed to be by the station again I would stay here.

Arrival -Hotel is conveniently near to Train Terminal, however Terminal is extremely sketchy and must be careful while walking 10 mins to Hotel. In front of Hotel is a round monument covered with homeless people, drug addicts and garbage. The Hotel itself is modern, clean and friendly. Check in took a bit longer than expected, maybe 15-20 mins.

Hotel Room- Room is smaller and less attractive than pictures provided on w ebsite. In fact i double-checked the website when i returned home and my this hotel room is NOT listed in photographs at all :/ Dissappointed.

Bathroom-The Shower Head collapsed while i was showering hitting me in the head while my back was turned. I cannot believe a four star hotel (****) cannot ensure safe plumbing :/

Room- The wall beside the bed has large Black Scuff marks on it, a terrible eye sore. :/

Bed
The Bed is two conjoined Twin Beds, with small space in between, a bit unusual but the bed sheets are fantastic and slept well.

Bedside lights- Not all Beside light bulbs were functional. One was burned out and needed replacement :/

View- The Hotel Room photos appear to show spacious rooms with nice views.
My room was on the 1st floor on the side of the hotel face another building :/

Area- The area in front of hotel is very sketchy
Around the corner to your right are Prostitutes at night time.
Turn right once more and you will find Mounds of garbage in the streets.

Overall- The Hotel appears to be successful due to its convenient location.

Modern Design and Convenient Location. Technology in Room appeared to be new. Bathroom was seemingly nice until Fixture cam apart. Stylish. Clean.

Safety & Cleanliness around the Hotel requires enormous amounts of improvement. A shuttle to help guests arrive from Terminal would be expected.

Location is convenient. Tho if Naïve you may find yourself into trouble as the environment is not safe. nearby there is an avenue of shopping.

Room Tip: Avoid this hotel if you are looking for a clean romantic experience. Book this hotel if you are a bu...

We stayed here for a night whilst visiting Naples. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and welcomed us after a manic trip through frantic Naples (seriously, if you haven't visited it before, get ready for a massive culture shock!).

The standard double room we had was very spacious, clean and had nice modern decor. The en-suite was huge, almost matching the size of the actual bedroom. The bed was comfy although the pillows weren't great. I didn't realise but you can actually choose your type of pillow at reception which I'd definitely recommend doing. There were no English speaking TV channels other than CNN and the minibar prices were a bit extortionate (€3.50 for a small bottle of mineral water) so make sure you stock up first.

Unfortunately, we were kept up most of the night by car horns and people outside in Piazza Garibaldi. If I'd had known how noisy it was going to be, I would have asked for a room at the back of the hotel. It's handy being close to the train station but it was a bit of a walk to most attractions we wanted to see.

As the area is a little sketchy, we decided to eat at the terrace restaurant, which although a little pricey, served excellent quality food. Breakfast buffet was excellent and the view from the terrace is delightful.

Honestly I don't think I'm likely to visit Naples again, but if I did, I'd know UNA Hotel Napoli would be a safe bet.

Room Tip: Try to get a room which doesn't face the Piazza Garibaldi

A really Nice hotel, Great Central location and the staff are really friendly and helpful. The only criticism is the Restaurant, the food was very poor quality, which we have reported in detail to the Hotel management, and they were understaffed,
