I stayed in Naples in 3 different hotels and this was by far the best combination of room design and friendliness. The neighborhood is great for a walk or young crowd. Great hotel and a few great staff members. Would recommend anytime.

Stayed at the Hotel as part of a short break to Italy along with a visit to Rome, overall hotel was clean and tidy with friendly staff, although not sure it qualify for three stars in the UK, breakfast is great but there is no on site restaurant, the hotel have an arrangement with the restaurant next door (you get 10% discount) but it's very expensive. Was also disappointed at the lack of tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms. The rooms while functional were nothing special and the staff while generally friendly, it did very much depend who was on duty some being friendlier than others shall we say. The Hotel itself is also in a very run down part of town and when compared to other cities in Italy I have visited I found the people in Naples at best very indifferent to tourists and in a lot of cases downright unfriendly . The taxi drivers in particular are a law unto themselves they never switch on the meter and seem to make up the prices as they go, we never paid the same fare twice! And that's when they weren't on strike. I will not be rushing back to Naples which is a pity since I love the rest of Italy.

The hotel was beyond my expectation, and it was the best hotel we stayed during our trip to Italy. Excellent location, easy to take metro and bus, walking to many restaurants. The hotel looks modern and artistically decorated. Room is large and very comfortable. We were upgraded to a room with a large balcony offering gorgeous view of Naples. Breakfast was very rich, the best free breakfast of our trip. We wished we could stay longer in Naples only because of this hotel. Highly recommended. Will definitely stay here when visit Naples next time.

I was only spending a day in Naples, as I made my way from Capaccio to Rome. I wanted a place in Naples from which I could get a feel for the city. The hotel itself was very modern, which isn't really my style. But I did opt for a room with a balcony, which was definitely the way to go. Seeing the view with the city lit up at night was stunning. The service was good, the breakfast was decent. As others have said before me, wifi was elusive. But otherwise, as my title states, this hotel suited my purposes.

Room Tip: definitely spring for a balcony. Its worth it!

This place was fun! The decor is very modern / hipster with clean lines and lots of "handwriting" on the walls. The best thing about our room was the incredible balcony with a view up to the hilltop castle and a wide swath of Naples. Naples is a gritty city that looks better from up there (5th floor). The neighborhood was OLD Napoli, narrow streets, but near to much wonderful city activity - bars and restaurants - plus near the Archeological Museum. And the price (offseason) was right! Breakfast is very good. The wi-fi was elusive.

Room Tip: Ask for a room with a patio.

Hotel Piazza Bellini is a chic, ultra modern & charming little hotel that caters to international tourists. The staff, led by hotel manager Riccardo, is extremely helpful & friendly; the rooms are totally clean & quiet. The breakfast is superb & plentiful, with many excellent choices.
The staff all do a great job to keep you comfortable, in what appears to be a completely refurbished old palazzo that surrounds an inner courtyard shared with other properties.
No worries about security, because entry from the street is restricted by a locked front gate.
The only 2 requests I might make from management for improvement are: 1. to please
provide more plentiful towels; & 2. provide larger wastebaskets in the rooms. Overall, it's
a great choice if you want a base for exploring the ancient city & very nearby the amazing Archaeological Museum just up the street on Via dei Costantinopoli. 1,000 kudos to this excellent hotel!

Room Tip: Ask for a room on the courtyard (Italian: cortile). It's very peaceful & quiet & away fr...

This hotel in the old part of Naples is quite different. It is very modern. Really a pleasant change from the traditional Italian style hotels. Our room was on two floors, which I liked. It is easy to get to the museum from here and a couple good restaurants. Staff was amazing. We stayed here two evenings. It was recommended by Rick Steves.
