A converted villa in a quiet suburb of Rome, surrounded by embassies, this little hotel is a gem. Friendly staff, comfortable rooms, good selection at breakfast, beautiful grounds, nice bar area. If you prefer to avoid public transport, or need the exercise, then you can walk to the centre in 20 or 30 minutes.
The ONLY thing I could fault (and I had to think about this long and hard) was the lack of a holder for the soap & shampoo in the shower. Such a minor point, but there is absolutely nothing else I could mention.

I booked this hotel from the reviews online and got a reasonable price. The hotel is located away from the tourist attractions but metro is 10 mins away and taxis cost about 15Euros to most places. The location is very nice, quiet and safe. The staff were helpful but not overly friendly. We had 2 rooms on the lobby floor, both were very clean, with new pillows and a firm mattress. They were a nice size and decorated nicely, everything worked in the room. The breakfast buffet is included in room rate and was very good. They do serve food as room service but the receptionist told us it was frozen and better to go out for dinner, we asked for a recommendation and the pointed us to a pizzeria 10 mins away, it was closed so I used google maps to find another close by, it showed us a restaurant right around the corner from the hotel and it was the most amazing restaurant we ate at in Rome, its called Momart and you should definitely eat here if you stay at this hotel, I still can't believe this was not suggested to us by the hotel!!

Worst experience ever, though this was my third time there. They gave us a room in the detached part of the hotel. Room was so tiny there was no room to open up the 2 suitcases we had. The smell of mold was unreal, door lock did not work and neither did the telephone in the room. We had no hot water the whole time we stay, barely lukewarm. The day we checked in the hotel had booked a private party in the backyard of the hotel, right where our room was. No prior warning of this, very loud for 5+hours, and we couldn't use the garden at all, though our group was looking forward to getting some rest (way too loud due to music and little kids screaming), and / or sitting in that garden sipping coffee. As a way to compensate us they offered us a bottle of prosecco. Like seriously!
On the positive side, great location and very comfortable bed
I will not book this hotel again

Great hotel, didn't appear to be very busy. Very comfortable. Great little restaurant/tea room. Four stops on the nearby metro from the Coliseum. Not much to see close to the hotel but that is compensated for by having on-site parking, great rooms, a very reasonable room rate. The only downside which stops me giving a 5 star rating was the spotty wifi.

This hotel looks great - rooms are very modern, and given the affordable prices, this is a great offer for Rome. The bus station is nearby and takes you to Piazza Venezia in 20 min. The staff is very friendly and the location - neighbourhood loos beautiful.

I loved absolutely everything about this boutique hotel... The rooms were impeccable, the garden with pines was absolutely gorgeous and had the most incredible fragrance, the breakfast was delicious, and the staff was warm and welcoming. As a Romanian, I am unfortunately used to receiving all sorts of smirks and the worst types of condescending behavior in Italy but this definitely never an issue here. I could not imagine a better choice for staying in Rome. Highly recommended!!

We arrived late at night and our bad was filled with hairs as if the bed sheets were not replaced and were told there is only one more room, im the basement floor.... the smell there was not so good to say the least, smelled like urine and cigarettes, the room was bigger and clean so we took it. The people at the hotel suggested we move to a room on the second night, we didn't since we didnt really have the power to move again... but it was nice of them.
the bads are big but very hard and not so comfortable and the breakfast includes eggs, breads, cheeses and sausages.. not something to look forward too...
I gave it 4 stars since for its price the rooms were very big, new, clean, great shower, lcd screen with many channels in english as well and it was also quite near to the metro.
