Great service at the front desk on arrival, on asking for a map we were given recommendations on transports and how to reach the main attractions. On reaching the room, we didn't like the doorless bathroom and called front desk to see if there was maybe another room available, he showed us 2 other rooms and let us choose.
We visited in February and I could see the staff was kept to a minimum but our room was serviced everyday. Also, we had a complimentary wifi access that worked perfectly the whole stay. Only let down was the tired bathroom.
The breakfast buffet was well maintained with a selection of delicious cakes and pastries, cured meats and cheese, fruits, eggs etc. The waitress was helpful and smiling. But, maybe because we visited in February, the hotel bar was closed and there was no other facilities available, it was basically a bed and breakfast.
Also, the hotel is near Re Di Roma and rather close to the center and the main attractions but the area itself is quite poor in terms of restaurants and bars.

Styling and well-furnished hotel only 300 m away the metro stop "re di roma". Kind staff and good breakfast. Nearby there are several restaurants where you can dine without straying too far. I will be back again!!

we stayed 4 nights, enjoyed the rooms, breakfast and the hospitality. Reception desk guys helped us our those small things that make your live easy. How to travel to the center, where can we eat, can you change some money for the subway, etc. In other words, highly recommended!

Great hotel with easy access to metro and trains 300m and 500m respectively .Staff throughout hotel friendly and informative. Breakfast typical continental which was filled up regularly . Only ran out of ORANGE juice on last morning !!!! Despite this other option offered Pineapple carrot etc
Reception staff very helpful and spoke good english . UNFORTUNATELY wifi did not work for whole stay 3 nights . Will be going back because ideally placed and a couple of good bars within short walk also needed more time to see the sights Our deluxe room did not have a balcony but did have firm extra large bed and jaccuzzi

Room Tip: 1st floor rooms no balcony BUT are larger from my experience

Overall our experience in the CineMusic Hotel was great, We had a lot of fun. However, I am not sure it is suited for everyone.

Location - While there is a close Bus stop for Line 85 that takes you straight to the city and there is a close subway station, you cannot ignore the fact that the hotel is far from the center of rome. There is almost nothing interesting walking distance unless you want to walk a lot. If you don't mind public transportation, dont mind walking or can afford Taxis - this isn't a big issue.

Hotel Accommodations -
Good Stuff -
Hotel looks amazing, seriously beautiful.
Breakfasts are simple and great! fresh eggs, breads and anything you need!

Bad Stuff -
We have gotten a handicap room, while it was funny at first, eventually we wanted a regular room and we we're told the hotel is fully booked even though it wasn't.
We also asked for a late check out due to our flight being delayed and we we're also told that the hotel is fully booked, which it was not.

Wi Fi - We spent five full days and there wasn't a single moment where the Wi Fi was working... While eventually this turned out good as I could avoid work emails, There we're moment where you need the internet.. We we're told it's being fixed but I believe that no matter when you are reading this review.. It will never be fixed ;)

Room Tip: Make sure to ask for a Room with a balcony....

We stayed at the CineMusic hotel for two nights at the end of our cruise. We got the train from Civitavecchia to Tuscolana station and then it was a relatively easy 5 to 10 minute walk to the hotel. We arrived early but were told that our triple room was ready and that we could check in. The triple room was quite spacious and consisted of a double bed and sofa bed both of which were quite comfortable. The shower and hand basin were open plan with a sliding door for the toilet but after spending 11 days on a cruise in a triple cabin this did not worry us. The only draw back is that there is very little storage space but we did not bother unpacking and lived out of our suitcases.

The breakfast room on the third floor was a delight being light and airy and the food was very good consisting of fresh rolls, croissants, yoghurts, fruit etc.

All the staff were very helpful and friendly and I would definitely stay in this hotel again if I were taking a short break to Rome.

We bought a day ticket for 6 euros from the metro station which is only 5 minutes walk away on the Sunday but this really was a waste of money for us as the metro was extremely busy so after our initial journey into the centre of Rome we just strolled about and only used it again to get back to the hotel.

Room Tip: Our triple room 102 was very good

Stayed here one night in double room. Had walk in shower private outside terrace. Very modern and stylish. Only have about 30 rooms and a couple of suites. Roof terrace with hot tub and sun beds. Free wifi. Staff very helpful provided list of local restaurants and shops with location map. Breakfast offered a good selection including freshly made croissants and bread roles, brilliant coffee machine that makes perfect espresso and latte. Cereals, scrambled and boiled eggs, cakes, ham, cheeses, fresh fruit and yoghurt. Free wifi, in room fridge and safe. Few minutes walk from nearest mainline station Tuscalano (40 minutes direct to airport) and nearest metro Re di Roma (4 stops from central Rome termini so great for sightseeing only 4 euros for 24 hour ticket). Would definitely book for a short break to Rome as quiet and peaceful but close enough to all the attractions.

Room Tip: We had Room 201 very funky (circular bed and apple green glass doors to WC & Bidet, hugh slate w...
