In a multi-city trip of all good hotel experiences, Suite Dreams was our favorite. We loved the stylish boutique feel of the rooms and the very kind and helpful staff. We booked a family room (Room 6) and it was quite large with a very spacious and nicely appointed bath. The location is not in the heart of Rome's key attractions, but Suite Dreams is a block from both a Metro station and a bus stop and we had an easy time taking public transportation all day and night. It is also in walking distance to the Termini.

Tip: You can only get breakfast included with your room if you book directly on the hotel's webstie.

All good. Loved it!

This is a lovely small hotel, very clean, modern and in a great location. It's within walking distance of the main train & bus station making it easily accessible from the airport and although it's just round the corner from via Nationale it's really quiet at night making for a good nights sleep so that you can be refreshed for a good days sightseeing.

The rooms are spacious with plenty of wardrobe space and a lovely bathroom. The shower is huge with plenty of room to juggle all your shampoos, so nice not to have to squeeze into a tiny cubicle. Lovely soft towels and bedding.

Just a short stroll from all the favorite attractions or hop on the underground at the end of the road.

We travelled six people in the ages of 20-50 to Rome and checked in at SuiteDreams near Via Nazionale after reading all the great reviews on Tripsadvisor. Letting Tripadvisor choose our hotel has not yet failed us, and our stay at SuiteDreams was definitely no exception.

It is a modern and charming little hotel in a beautiful building run by two brothers who's family has owned the floor for ages and grew up in the building. Therefore, they treat all customers as family and will be delighted to help you with everything from fixing wine glasses and ice to recommend restaurants and guiding you the way to the best restaurant or Stadio Olympico.

The rooms are very clean, bright and modernly decorated. The breakfast has everything that you desire and there is free WiFi for your computer (or you can use the hotels own computer).

Good area with a lot of shopping and restaurants, even though the big nearby street Via Nazionale is among the most touristy streets in Rome. However, since Rome's city centre is so small, there is walking distance to almost all major sights in this beautiful and cultural city. There is a restaurant called "Target" that is just around the corner, in the same building as SuiteDreams, that we really would like to recommend. Despite its english name, it is a great Italian restaurant with quality food for decent prices.

To sum up, we would definitely recommend this hotel to al of you TripAdvisor readers. In fact, we would never visit Rome again without staying at this hotel.

Stayed here for 4 nights before Easter in Suite A. It is very spacious and comfortable for 2 adults & 2 children. The kids sleeps on the sofabeds and all of us had a very good sleep. The bed is firmness of the bed is just right and comfortable. The wifi signal is strong and readily available in the room.

The room has 2 unit of split air conditioner which can be either hot or cold. We like this very much as most hotels we stay in europe lacks this form of immediate cooling or heating options.

The jacuzzi has been fully utilised during our stay and the finishes in the shower and WC is very good and classy.

Breakfast isn't the best due to the limited choice but the coffee machines more than compensate for it. We do not feel this is an issue at all during our stay.

The best part of our stay is the host. They make us feel really comfortable and unhindred. We feel that we can ask them any questions and its like asking a friend. It is a very difficult and delicate skills to make your quest feels at home, this is something that a large chain can't do.

When we first check in, the briefing and explaination of how things moves & works in Rome was very useful even though we have been to Rome before.

The location at first glance isnt that attractive as it is not in the tourist belt but for someone who has been to all the tourist spots, this location is very convenient as the tube station is only 5 minutes walk. We do not feel threatened or unsafe when we walk around the hotel, perhaps it is because it is away from the tourist spots.

The rocket restaurant on the ground floor is fantastic. All the restaurant recomndations is good, we tried most of it and we are fussy when it comes to food.

We would recommend anyone going to Rome to stay here, infact have just recomended a cousin who may be heading there now. It is better than any 5 stars hotel that has all the facilities which you dont use.

This is the Best hotel we stay during our trip to Rome, Florence, Venice, Berlin and Amsterdam.

Large, clean rooms, excellent free breakfast if your reserve on the hotel's Website. Location very convenient for visiting to other parts of Rome. What was really impressive was the help we received at the reception desk. I indicated what I wanted to see during the day and I received a printout of the busses I should take, how many stops to the destination and where I pick up or transfer to the next bus on my route and how to return back to the hotel at the end of my days tour. Nearby at Via Nationale 16A is St. Paul's Episcopal Church which has evening concerts. We attended one concert by a U.S. College singing group free and another of operatic arias with Italian singers at 20 Euros a ticket. After visiting the house near the Spanish Steps where Shelley and Keats lived, we went to the cemetery where they were buried--known as the non-Catholic (or Protestant) Cemetery and were pleasantly surprised to find the well-marked grave of Antonio Gramsi there also..

Room Tip: free breakfast if booked from hotel website

We stayed 4 nights and it was an all around good place. Having wifi was great to get emails. The hotel itself was nice and the breakfast was good. The reception and people who worked there where very helpful and spoke great english which is always helpful in a foreign country.
If we could do it over again, we might pick something closer to the Coliseum area. We found the area good, but would rather stay somewhere else.
The termini area does get alittle wierd after dark but just aviod the area.
The only thing we really did not like was the beds are super hard, so if you are into hard beds you will be fine.

This is a chic hotel in a very convenient part of Rome. Although it is very near the metro, we walked pretty much everywhere from here and most of the major tourist destinations are within easy reach (the Vatican is easier on the metro).
The rooms are comfy and nicely decorated, and many little details have been thought about. Even though our room faced onto the road it was quiet at night. Breakfast was copious and varied (we even got a bowl of Easter eggs on Easter Sunday).
What really makes this hotel stand out, however, is the staff. The owner/manager who checked us in then gave us an incredibly useful potted introduction to Rome with suggestions about where to go, information on public transport and the like.
He seemed genuinely friendly and eager to help and to please. We needed to have breakfast earlier than the usual times on one morning - no problem. We wanted to check out later than usual on our last day - no problem.
In short, a warm welcome, backed up with high quality and attentive service in a great location in Rome.
Can't recommend it highly enough.
