Perfect in every way! So quiet but so central. We loved the circular Spa at the end of a busy day of sightseeing.

This is the second time that we stayed at this hotel, and both times it was a great experience. The location is fantastic, about a 10 minute walk from the Termini station, which is the main train station in Rome. If you want to do walking tours of Rome all the main attractions are within a walking distance (if you want the Vatican, you can just catch the metro just around the corner). The rooms are spacious and modern and most importantly spotless! The service is very good as well. Free WiFi. This hotel is a great value for money. Very good breakfast is free if booked through hotel site. Comfortable, convenient and friendly. But as others have mentioned, it is a little hard to find, so you must pay attention. Look for a little plaque next to a door towards the middle of the block :) We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone who wants a great hotel in Rome.

The hotel is a little hard to find initially becos it shares the building block with many other tenants. So i suggest you GOOGLE MAP "Street View" to get an idea on how the building looks like. Beyond that, SuiteDreams is equip with great modern rooms, service and within TERMINI vicinity (still a 10mins walk to termini is expected). Nearest METRO station is REPUBLICCA 3mins walk from hotel.

Had two short stays at SuiteDreams and were very happy overall with the experience. Sure, the initial impression from the street is slightly worrying, but any fears are allayed by the time you enter your room. These are well designed, functional and very clean. There could be a little more flexibility on the check-in time (2pm), which would be particularly welcome to newly-arrived transcontinental travellers, but generally reception was very responsive and efficient.

The breakfast (which is included only if you book direct) is very good, with high quality coffee and a fair range of fresh foodstuffs.

The location is excellent, both for getting around Rome and out of it, being well served by a range of timely and affordable transport options.

For a well-priced option, highly recommended.

This hotel was a great oasis in a sizzling hot Rome summer during our 5 night stay. As a family of 4 we had a large room with our two sons 14 & 10 on a very comfortable pullout bed. The hotel is about 2 blocks from Rome Termini (Central Station) and in walking distance of almost any major Rome central site as well as a number of great restaurants.

The hotel as others have pointed out is on the second floor of an old building in Via Modena very close to Via Nazionale. The rooms are extremely modern and up to date and are similar in style and quality to modern Novotel hotels. The real highlight is the staff and service, the staff are extremely helpful and friendly, nothing is to much trouble and they give lots of great advice regarding accessing and visiting tourist sites. They even have a restaurant guide, with a disclaimer regarding kick backs to the hotel, we had all evening meals except one in recommended restaurants and the only poor meal we had was in the non recommended place which we thought looked good.

If you book on the hotels website direct you get a free breakfast and what a breakfast! Great coffee, fresh fruits, different breads, cured meats, cheese, boiled eggs, etc the works for a European breakfast which we really appreciated.

A great hotel, highly recommended

Just ten minutes' walk from the main rail station on a quiet but very safe street. Small first floor (there is a lift) boutique hotel. This has to be one of Rome's gems. Great value for money - for an hotel in central Rome - and breakfast is thrown in if you book online ( really straight forward). Rooms are decent-size with excellent air con and really comfortable bed. Bathroom has a huge walk-in shower that provides welcome relief after a hot, sweaty and dusty day traipsing round the cultural splendours of the city. The receptionists all speak fluent English and can provide a wealth of tourist and local information and answer all your questions. There's a library of up-to-date guidebooks that you can borrow. There are DVD's if you fancy an afternoon off sightseeing and the hotel will fix up a DVD player in your room. The mini bar is re-stocked with water and beer and soft drinks every day. Of course, you can then simply re-fill your water bottles from the fountains that are all over the city. So you never need to buy bottled water in Rome!
There's a wide range of delicious goodies for breakfast including cheese, sliced meats, croissants, toast, fresh fruit, cereal, yoghurt and cakes. There's filter coffee, a choice of teas, Nesquik and fruit juices to drink. The hotel tops up the breakfast supplies very efficiently so you don't need to worry about everything having been eaten if you're late to breakfast.
We walked everywhere, including to Vatican City which only took about an hour, but the hotel gave us a detailed map of the city and explained very clearly how the buses and metro worked, should we have needed it.
Very highly recommended. Definitely a hotel that we would use again.
