“The Best!”

Beautiful hotel! Walked to it from main train station; easy to find. Had a triple which was very roomy, modern, totally up-to-date. Very clean. Big closet in room. In-room safe. Nice lending library in lobby with magazines and guide books.

Breakfast was outstanding with 2 different juices, pastries, a different tart each day, cereals, toast. The food was constantly replenished by a very efficient, pleasant lady who kept the counters and tables spotlessly clean.

Note: There were about 5 steps from the street into the lobby of the building where there was an elevator to the hotel on the second floor.

We recently stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. I have to say that this Hotel is one of the best city hotels I have stayed in. The location is very good as its only a few minutes from the train station and a few steps from the metro. That said we hardly used public transport as most of the sites are within walking distance.
The rooms are very modern, spacious and clean. They have AC, and fantastic electric blinds that block out any unwelcome noise and light from outside. You also get free bottles of water everyday, which most hotels seem to charge for now.
Breakfast is included in the rate if you book with the hotel, which is worth it, as the breakfast is very good.
What really makes this place is the staff, they are so friendly and welcoming. When we first arrived we were given a map of Rome and all of the sites were highlighted to us and we were told how best to get to them all.
If you're visiting Rome then this is the place to stay

We spent the last 3 days in rome using the Suitedreams hotel as our base. The hotel is comfortable clean and quiet. Free internet. Free breakfast included but you must book directly on hotel website. The hotel was initially some what difficult to find. There is only a small sign on the doorway of the building housing the hotel. The hotel itself is located on the second floor of the building. The building actually housed different hotels and businesses. Come to find out this is very common in Rome and once you realize this it is no problem. The hotel is conveniently located near termini station, about a 10-15 minute walk. 2 minute walk from metro station. 20 minutes to spanish steps, 30 minutes to coliseum. Room has a refrigerator stocked with drinks for a price, but free bottled water each day. I would stay here again next time in rome.

I stayed here with my mother to celebrate her 75th birthday. It was every bit as good as the other reviews say. Everyone on the staff was so friendly and helpful. The breakfast sees you through to the evening. Good aircon. Comfortable beds without the rockhard pillows I've experienced in northern Italy. Free chilled water daily was very welcome. Other items from the minibar are not extortionate at only 3 EUR each. Close enough to walk to the sights but tucked off the main road, so it's quiet. Great restaurant called Target right next door, recommended by the hotel. We weren't the only guests to eat in there on several evenings.

I took notice of the other reviews about how the entrance looks. I'd recommend looking up the address on Street View. You'd walk past it otherwise... which would be a real shame!

If I go back to Rome with my husband again, this is where I want to stay.

Room Tip: Get advice from the reception team, they'll guide you.

Best welcome we have had in a hotel ever, the staff here could teach some staff in 5 star hotels a thing or two about service. The young man on reception was exceptional when we arrived and made our short stay in Rome very efficient. The rooms are above standard and the location within walking distance of termini station is excellent.

Myself and my partner stayed here from 21st-25th Sept 2012. The hotel is great overall. We arrived and the very friendly receptionist provided us with a useful map and guidance about negotiating the popular sites of Rome. The desk is staffed 24hrs so if you have any problems they are always on hand to assist. We never had anything to complain about but they were always around to help of you wanted bus/metro times etc. The rooms are very modern and extremely clean. Some previous reviews have highlighted the location as a negative but it didn't take us long to get there as it's just off the huge Repubblica roundabout. This is just by the Termini bus stop as well. Great hotel.
Some other advice - use the Metro to get around, it stops at almost all the main sites and it's cheap as chips by comparison.

This was our second trip to Rome and our second stay at Suite Dreams. On arrival the staff are very friendly and speak very good English which was great as my Italian is limited. The rooms are modern and very clean with above average size showers for Europe. The location is excellent with the Metro and Roma Termini within walking distance. For those who don't mind walking all the attractions are close enough and the area is safe being the political part of Rome with plenty of Police about.
The breakfast is good with a variety of foods and drinks including a self serve Nespresso machine.
