Stayed for four nights here in a spacious and very clean room! Location is great for sightseeing, we walked everywhere without a problem and if we hadn't have wanted to there is a bus and metro stop right by the hotel. All the staff were so helpful, breakfast was great, and the room was very comfortable. Would stay here again!

We spent seven nights at this hotel in early October. We got a little lost coming out to the Termini train station, but found the hotel easily enough once we'd got our bearings. On arrival, trying to maneouver ourselves and our suitcases into the lift and still be able to shut the doors behind us was quite a feat, but we only needed to use the lift when we arrived and left (we did get stuck in it for five minutes on our last morning!), and it added a bit of character.

The rooms were fine, a reasonable size and enough storage for a week. The room was clean and the bed big and firm. Although we could access the internet via the free wifi, we couldn't download email, but this wasn't a major issue. The hotel was relatively quiet with no issues from the road, or the other guests. The only exception was our last morning, when room service started noisily at 8am.

The location was great, only ten minutes' walk from the Coloseum. In fact we walked everywhere, with the exception of the Vatican. The nearest metro stop was probably less than five minutes walk from the hotel.

Breakfast was fine, but not very varied for the length of our stay, not a big issue though. We'd hoped to get coffee from the breakfast room one evening but were told by reception that they'd charge us 4 euros each, which was pretty crazy. It would have made more sense to nip around the corner to MacDonalds at that price!

All in all, a great location for a trip to Rome, I'd definitely stay here again.

I stayed for a couple of nights in July 2013. I read the reviews prior to booking and this hotel did not let me down.

We had a very recently renovated room that was huge, modern, super clean. Bathroom was modern, clean and large. For Rome, this place was an excellent choice price-wise.

The staff were really impressive and nothing was too hard for them - they helped us with restaurant recommendations, laundry and airport transfers. All went very smoothly.

The location requires a little bit a walking to get to the major attractions but there is a very close and covenient underground station for those not wanting to walk.

I would definitely book again if in Rome.

This is a really tiny hotel on the 1st floor of a building - about 10 rooms or so.
Good - very clean, very very helpful receptionists, decent size rooms, excellent location - walking distance to the colosseum, roman forum, trevi fountain, etc - and the subway/bus route to piazza navona, vatican city, etc is also close by.
Bad - very hard to find, we were driving and it was really problematic as it is on a small street and not very well marked, very easy to miss even with a GPS, no bellboys etc if you're used to that stuff.
Don't bother paying for breakfast - much nicer cafes nearby with a much better breakfast.

I hesitated booking this hotel because the prucr seemed too good to be true. My husband and i spent one night here before leaving on our cruise and it was all that was advertised.

Rooms were average size, decorated in modern style and very minimalistic. Bathroom and room were clean upon arival and shower had good water pressure.

Staff was helpful in suggesting restaurants for dinner nearby.

Nice breakfast buffet - included meats, cheese, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, cereal and self-service espresso.

All in all, a great find for the price and proximity to termini.

We stayed 2 nights in the 4 person jacuzzi room this last weekend..fantastic room w balcony , separation between us and our boys, excellent breakfast w a kind host and good assortment, very updated decor, bath, nice bedding and spotless .neighbor hood great and walkable to termini train station.. We did Vatican private tour, colleseo, all major sites using metro stop nearby.. We were there over a Saturday night..night club either in building or on this street was super loud..calle nacionale is also very busy..but you can walk to colloseo (pre buy your tix) forum, wedding cake..and you can shop out the front door.. Opera house nearby..we should've have gone..also some restaurants recommended by staff were closed and many nearby are touristy and not great..soaked reservations for eating better than we did.. Hotel was great and I trusted trip advisor reviews which were solid. We are frequent business travelers and we are very choosey..we would come again..it was excellent and Good value for a large room like this.

Stayed from 9-13Nov in the jacuzzi room with 1 KS bed + 1 QS Sofabed.
What can I say? Everything was good. Chk in was a breeze. My credit card was charged with no extra fees. Republica Metro was literally at its door steps. Old fashioned lift helped with our luggages.
Room space was adequate for 4. We didn't make use of the Jacuzzi space cos it was too cold. Beds were firm but the pillows were a bit too soft for my taste. Extra blankets & pillows were given @ no extra cost. BF (incl) was adequate but was a bit boring after 4 days. Free water was a bonus. Free maps given at chk in. Convenient as plenty of restaurants few steps away along Main Street. We had the receptionist call us a cab to go to the Termini train station. Helpful staff all round. Very pleasant start to our stay in Italy.
