“Great Location, Friendly Staff, Comfortable Rooms”
Reviewed 6 April 2014

We stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The location was excellent, within walking distance and just a block from the Metro and Main train station. The beds (adjustable) and shower facilities were exceptionally comfortable and inviting. Breakfast was average but better than a continental. We enjoyed this hotel and will stay here again when we return.

We stayed here for a couple of nights during a sightseeing trip. The hotel is just around the Termini station where all main bus and train lines as well as Roman public transport is running. It is located just next to a few other hotels, the area itself is clean and pretty safe. Also all the main attractions are in walking distance (depends on how ambitious you are, e.g. Collosseum and Forum 20 min), but due to the good location and the good weather we didn't use the bus and metro a lot.

The double room was decent and clean, though our beds were a disappointment. There were two separate beds that moved away from each other during the night. They were advertised as "massage beds", but were too small (I am not the tallest guy).

The breakfast was basic but good. We recommend to order your Latte or Cappuccino at the bar (it is free), as the complimentary coffee in the breakfast room did not seem to be good.
Hotel staff is really friendly and helpful, so all in all we would recommend this hotel for your Rome trip.

Room Tip: no massage beds

Stayed here for 3 nights just to do some sightseeing . The hotel is in a great location , walkable to all the main sights and 5 mins from the Termini station . The hotel staff are very friendly and will help and advise you . We had a twin room which was clean and tidy but was very small . If you just want somewhere to sleep it's perfect . Did not really enjoy breakfast very basic and the room was very hot which can put you off eating .

Great hotel, comfy beds (really comfy), great breakfast (best selection I had in Italy), great location near Termini station, and a helpful friendly staff. The rooms are really small (but come on, you're in Rome get out of your hotel room) and the bath shower could only be compared to a power hose at industrial car wash (but every shower was an adventure). I would stay here again!

I have nothing bad to say about the hotel. Comfortable beds, great location, staff speaks English and everyone was very professional. The restaurant is only open for breakfast. We came from the States and the rooms and bathrooms were very comfortable.

My boyfriend and I stayed there for one night last week. The room was amazing and the bathroom was fantastic , for someone who never really relaxes soaking in their bath was heaven. However the staff were unfriendly and rude. Really unhelpful and couldn't be bothered to help us at all. The breakfast was average at best and not what I expected , the staff didn't help us locate it either.

The location and the breakfast made our stay at this hotel nice. The room was ok. Clean and comfortable. The staff was polite but could have been more friendly but they were professional and replied to all our queries. We needed access to the microwave a couple of times, since we were travelling with a kid, and they helped. The helping staff was more amicable than the reception desk :)
