Nice hotel ,close to the center. We booked 4 standard double rooms between July 20-22 and we were very pleased.
Rooms were very clean and modern .
Swimming Pool on the roof was great but a bit overcrowded .
Free wifi in the rooms and internet corner in the lobby were greatly appreciated .
we would definitely go back

I stayed here a week with my girlfriend and the hotel was probably the best choice of us. The area of Trastevere is nice, but the main sights were further from the hotel. The distance to the town was a problem. The hotel offered free shuttle bus to the town, but the last shuttle back to hotel left at 700 PM. Then You had to come back by local bus and it always took almost an hour including waiting times. That's why I don't recommend this hotel for travellers staying in Rome less than 4 days.

What comes to the hotel... Service was good and the staff was as helpful as they could. I asked once where to get stamps, but the girl at the desk only could tell one place (half a mile away) where they told me they don't sell stamps :) We really much enjoyed the pool and its bar at the roof and the jacuzzi (I hope You don't use jacuzzi with a brand new swimsuit, somehow my swimming pants changed their colour from blue to brown...). Hotel also provides ice cubes for free (functioning machine not at every floor, I had to go to another floor...) which was nice in summertime.

We also ate breakfast there and it was okey. There was a lot of different sorts of food. Compared to other hotels in Italy I've stayed the layout was quite bland and odourless - totally basic. Generally speaking, we liked the hotel and would return there. The best place to experience Rome and relax.

Roberto P. from the hotel Roma Citta assisted us in retreiving our suitcase. He helped us in a very good way. Although we had lots of questions he tried to serve us as good as possible. He is a plesent person to talk with and good in his job as a receptionist. YOU SCHOULD BE PROUD TO HAVE ROBERTO IN YOUR TEAM!!
Best compliments for Roberto.

Many many many thank you and lots of love for Roberto.

Very nice rooms, good breakfast. Friendly staff. Nice swimming pool area (although limited daybeds). Quit area.
A bit outside the city centre, but there is a pretty good bus connection (bus terminal at about 200 meters).
The hotel offers a shuttle service but there is only limited place for 16 people.

Is a quiet and nicely designed hotel. Very clean, with modern furnishings - but for for us (personal preference) was a bit too quiet and lacking in any vibrancy. However, if you want a nice quiet night in, with no fuss and to just rest after a long day out, it is just the thing. The rooms were quite spacious and beds very comfortable. The bathroom was quite nice with plenty of room - nice mirror and there is a proper hair dryer. Nice fittings throughout. There is a pleasant pool on the roof- although opening hours are limited as doesn't open early in the morning. Gym looked really good for those who want to keep up with their regime. Bar was pleasant. Breakfast was plentiful - though we would not recommend the evening buffet menu for dinner which is on at present at the hotel. We tried it and found it was very bland and not very good value - the waiter was very nice though - great service. We couldn't fault the service at any time at the hotel, by any of the staff. All are pleasant and attentive.

Main draw back, as stated by others, is the distance from the centre of Rome. There was a shuttle bus and this was always full in the mornings, but the hotel was quite busy and there are only 16 seats. If staying for more than a couple of days the buses are very frequent and are nearby and although always packed they are easy to get on/off. Is a long and not a very pleasant walk to nearest metro-only found it by accident (though do go and see St Paul's Cathedral if you end up there, as was walk able from the hotel). Taxis are good - we didn't get ripped off. The shops on the main road near the hotel are all quite good, some quite pricey but there are the usual chain shops for good bargains and some interesting individual shops. There are plenty of cafes and places to eat nearby in what is a very busy commercial and residential area. Overall this is a pleasant and quiet hotel, that is good value, if you don't mind the extra trip into the centre of things.

Room Tip: Search all of the sites for the best price - get breakfast included. All the basic rooms can be eit...

My new wife and I stayed here in early July 2011. WE SIMPLY CANNOT FAULT ANYTHING with this hotel. Rooms brilliant, clean and well appointed and cleaned each day. ALL staff encountered were really goodand were very helpful. It is about a 17 Euro taxi ride out of Rome, but well worth it as loads of local places to eat if you want to escape the hustle and bustle of busy Rome. even after being home for a few days..we still cant think of anything negtive to say...and would recommend to all.
Nik & Rachel Proctor.

Visited Rome with my family in June 2011. This hotel is not located downtown like most of the hotels, BUT there is a free express van service to downtown provided by H10 that has a pretty convenient schedule. The cleanliness of the rooms is fantastic and all the staff work was much appreciated. The front desk employees were pleasant, friendly and multilingual, which is convenient for visitors who don't speak neither English or Italian. The area in which the hotel is located is not at all touristic, so if you don't speak any Italian, it's practically impossible to purchase even pizza. However, the grocery store is located right next to the hotel (around the closest cinema) and all the cashiers speak basic English there. The hotel has a nice pool on the roof and the basic gym on the top floor. The breakfasts are very repetitive, so after a week of the same breakfasts, I started getting sick of having the same choice of food every morning. On the bright side though, everything that was served for the breakfast was great and delicious. When it comes to ordering a supper to your room though, be aware that a cost of the service may even overcome the actual meal cost. The only unpleasant issue I had with this hotel is the WiFi internet. The lobby computers had a great connection, but when it came to the wifi in the rooms, my laptop and my cell phone had a VERY low connection and I was waiting for each page to load as if I was in the 90's. However, overall, this is a great hotel and it is worth every penny you pay for a room there.
