We spent 3 days here as part of a package booked with a transatlantic cruise. At first we thought we had been dumped in the boonies. Then we walked the neighborhood and got the lay of the land. The staff was tremendous in their guidance, even walking outside with us to point out landmarks. We took the local 170 bus (1 euro each way) to Piazza Veneza where we caught the Hop-On-Hop-Off bus to get an overview of the city. Another day we went to the Vatican, coliseum, and Circus Maximus area.. Evenings were spent at sidewalk cafes in the neighborhood. There is also a grocery store called "Simply" nearby. The hotel rooms are huge and quiet compared with downtown and a lovely buffet breakfast was included in our package. We are looking forward to staying here again this fall.

We were so impressed by everything at this hotel. The staff were delightful. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the rooms modern and spacious. We had an ice machine and water machine opposite our room and this was invaluable.
There was a free hotel bus service into Rome and also a very good local 170 service. The pool was small and it was often difficult to get a sun bed, but we did not see this as a problem, the pool was an oasis in the heat. Plenty of shops and supermarkets and bars nearby. We were easily able to walk to the local station to catch a train back to the airport, this cost 8 euros.the train journey took 40 mins. On arrival we paid 40 euros for a taxi from Rome central station to the hotel!

Room Tip: I think all rooms will be of a high standard. Hotel is in a quiet street.

This is a fantastic hotel - very clean, and great value, with polite staff.
This hotel is about 15-20 minutes bus ride outside of Rome city center. There is a free shuttle bus, but we didn't use it.
The local bus is only a few minutes walk away and very easy to use, and cheap. There is a train station ten minutes away with a good cheap train service, and a regular train to the airport.(fuimicino) which cost 8 euros.
The pool is quite small and there is not a lot of seating available around it.
The hotel is very clean, the rooms are small but the beds are comfortable and there is plenty of storage for your clothes. The bathtub is massive and the shower excellent.
We didn't have breakfast, but had something from the bar menu one afternoon, which was expensive but tasted good.We saw that the breakfast was £17 each, which is a little expensive.
We would definitely stay at this hotel again - excellent value for money!!!!!!!
We paid about £150 for two people for two nights!

Room Tip: 312 was nice!

Having come from the H10 Montcada in Barcelona to the H10 Roma Citta I couldn’t help but feel slightly disappointed. This is not to say the hotel was awful but that I was more impressed with Barcelona’s H10.

On arrival we were allocated a room with Twin beds despite having received emailed confirmation that I had a King size bed. 10 minutes of disputing this with reception led to them offering a drinks voucher and a promise that we would be moved to a King room the following day, all of which was done but the hassle was not a great welcome to the hotel.

We booked a superior room but after having seen the standard size rooms I don’t think this was really worth the extra money. The standard rooms are a decent size and if you can live without the drink machine (which was pointless), dressing gown and slippers I would save your money.

The breakfast wasn’t particularly great and the coffee machine was always broken but there isn’t much close by so this could be worth it.

Whilst we chose this hotel for its roof top pool (which was great) I don’t think the location was ideal. I would have preferred to be a bit closer to Trastevere station to save on taxi fares into the city.

Other than all those criticisms the hotel was clean and staff were friendly and helpful.

Room Tip: Go for standard with breakfast if it saves you lots of money. The superior room is not worth the ext...

Arrived back from Rome with my boyfriend a week ago & we had a lovely time. The hotel staff are very friendly & helpful. The hotel is so clean! Our room was cleaned every day & not only did they clean the room the cleaner also organised all our toiletries etc to make sure it was looking tidy. We were so happy we left her a tip. The room itself had everything you could need, the shower was like a massage! Had a king-size bed which was so comfy, I had a good sleep every night when normally I find it hard to sleep on holiday. Which also helped was the black out blind and it was so quiet!! Breakfast at the hotel was delicious, definately worth paying the extra, there was enough variety to make sure you had a big meal to set you for the busy day ahead. The roof-top pool was lovely, really pretty!! Only downside was you are not always guranteed a sun-bed but people come and go all day so you may get one if you get in quick enough. However without a sunbed there is always space to put a towel, the hotel also provides pool towels. The pool bar was not open while we was there which was a little suprising as it was always busy. The hotel bar does lovely lunch and champagne cocktails :)
The hotel is in a residential area, there is an highstreet around the corner but where the hotel is it is very quiet. Seems to be more local shops & cafes etc but there is a bus stop a few mins from the hotel and it only takes 15 minutes to get to central Rome. Think its the 170 bus, you cannot buy tickets on the bus, we got ours from Trastevere station (you can get a train here to the vatican, San Pietro stop) and you can buy a 3 day or 7 day pass which allows you on the buses and trains. There is also a free shuttle bus from the hotel that takes you into the city but only at certain times. A couple of nights we got a cab home and it only cost around 15 euros. Would definately recommend this hotel, loved it!

Good value for money hotel that can be nice even on a business trip! Everything is ok/very ok except they lost the book I forgot in my room last week and connections to the lineas are bit tricky. A nice terrace swimming pool is closing early at 7 pm.

We were a group of 6 friends who travelled to Rome in june 2012, just for the weekend. The hotel is beautiful and modern. The rooms are spacious with good A/C, minibar, and kingsize bed. The hotel has a pool area on the rooftop, the pool is smaller than the hotel pictures gives you impression of. But the pool area is great and offers view over the city. The hotel has a free shuttlebus service during the day which was brilliant. There is also buses and trains you can take, or the taxis charge about 13 euros from the centre of Rome. The breakfast was really good. Friendly staff. The neighbourhood outside the hotel is not very charming, but the hotel makes up for it!
