Just come back from a wonderful three night stay in a rainswept Rome.. The 'Opera' B&B was the perfect place to relax in this fantastic city..

- Great sized rooms
- Beautifully decorated
- Clinically clean
- Sensitively hosted

I travel quite a lot with my job an have to say that I have rarely met a better host than Paolo. Nothing was too much trouble and he had great knowledge of the locale.. Even if he's the only Italian I've ever met with no interest in football :) ..

Would highly recommend the Opera for a relaxing break..

A dinner conversation with strangers reminded us why we enjoy fine B&Bs like Armonia All'Opera over hotels in many of our trips. The first-time visitors to Rome sitting next to us in a cozy restaurant were disappointed with their expensive and cold hotel; they had never stayed in a B&B and wanted to know about ours. We felt somewhat guilty describing our clean, spacious room, the very affordable price and the warm family-like hospitality of the hosts. But it was all true.

Paola (and his sister) went out of their way to welcome us and get us settled in. (He is exactly the kind of young, hard-working entrepreneur you want to succeed anywhere.) The rooms are spotless, very nicely appointed and larger than many hotel rooms. The free wireless is convenient and the Roma-style breakfasts (including great cappucinos) elevated in the unusually nice dining room. When I came down with a cold and needed extra rest, Paola immediately rescheduled the maid service for later in the day and pointed us in the right direction for a good pharmacy. He also gave us tips for attractions off the crowded tourist track that we would have missed (like the Barberini Museum just 10 minutes away and Basilica San Clemente.) All in all, a quiet and comfortable respite in the midst of noisy, marvelous Roma.

B&B Armonia All'Opera is one of the best places we have ever stayed. From the minute we walked in we were made welcome by Paolo and the experience just got better and better.
With only 3 rooms, it is exquisite in many ways: our room was one of the best we have ever stayed in, the advice, help and service from Paolo and Sonia was spot on and those who clean the rooms leave them sparklingly clean.
It is situated 5 minutes walk from the Termini railway station and metro and so is close to many amenities such as restaurants etc.
B&B Armonia All'Opera is close enough to the centre of Rome to walk just about everywhere, in fact the only time we used the Metro was to get to the Vatican City (on Paolo’s advice “then you can spend some time walking back and not be too tired”). Easy to walk to all other sights.
The price was unbelievable for the quality of the room and service.
Breakfast is what you expect in Italy - remember this is a country which takes breakfast to mean a double shot of espresso - there is cereal, toast, various meats and cheese, yoghurt, fresh fruit and lots of sweet pastries.
We are telling all our friends to stay there if they visit Rome.
Small, but perfectly formed, we would never, ever, stay anywhere else in Rome.
P.S. Love the lift.

Room Tip: We stayed in the Puccini Suite which is the largest room and only €5 per night more.

Great location, close to metro and many sights of Rome. Room was beautiful and clean. Just very dissapointed in the breakfast which consisted of prepackaged pastries and lunch meat. Not sure if this is just an American thing, but when you go to a bed and breakfast, you are expecting something cooked on your plate. Probably just a European thing. That being said Paulo was very nice and informative.

We just got back from staying at Armonia All'Opera and had an WONDERFUL experience! The room was BEAUTIFUL, large, well equipped, and had a large en suite bath and very comfortable bed. The convenient location was just a few minutes from the Termini train station, across from the Opera House, so it was easy to get anywhere but it was also very quiet and safe. These reasons alone would make me give Armonia All'Opera our highest recommendation but the innkeeper, Paolo, is the topping on the cake. Paolo was fantastic! He was warm and friendly, so helpful, and gave us great tips to avoid the long lines to some of the top attractions. He saved us hours of waiting in line and figuring things out, which gave us more time to experience more of Rome. His breakfast was delicious and included the yummiest nut breakfast treat from his home town that are to die for! We feel we got a steal of a deal at Armonia All'Opera and would recommend it to anyone!

This B&B only consists of 3 rooms. Our room was beautiful; our friends had slightly larger room/suite and it was very, very nice! You would never have guessed that behind the dark and inviting door from elevator lay beautiful marble, dark woods and modern furnishings. I can't say enough good things about this place except to say that it obviously has to be booked well in advance because of the limited rooms.

Location was right across from Opera House, walking distance to Trevi Fountain and train station. It was an easy walk between hotel and train station with luggage. Would definitely stay here again!

Room Tip: Any of 3 rooms are great.....take suite if you can only because it was only 5 euros more per night t...

Situated in a quiet and safe location, and close distance to many sights and train station. Paulo gave us a lot of directions and tips which we really appreciate. The room is spacious, very clean and comfortable. We really like the old elevator up to the B&B too. Thank you for making us feel at home!
