An unforgettable place to stay in the heart of Rome with excellent location which contributes to feel and to live the entire city. Only one metro stop from Roma Termini, or 15 minutes by walk, and only several steps to Fontana di Trevi and to all of the beauty of one and only Roma (Piazza di Spagna, Via Corso, Piazza Navona, Piazza del Popolo, Villa Borghese .....), comfortable and spacious rooms with airconditioning, very kind and helpful hosts. If I ever come to Rome again, I will stay in this property for sure.
And I can only say: Proxima fermata, Barberini, Fontana di Trevi, Uscita Lato Destro :))))

We really enjoyed our stay here. Good location, close to the metro. The owners were friendly. The room was good, the beds were comfy and there was air con in the room which would be a must if u were to visit in the summer! Also there is a lift which was a relief as we were really over hauling our luggage up steps which is common at budget places in europe

Nice and budjet guest house in Rome city center. The price is 2-3 times less than in any hotel or guest house in this district. We reserved the cheapest but nice room with a private bathroom outside, which was great because the most of budget accomodations in Rome have a shared bathroom. We were given a key so we could lock it. The other rooms have an en suit bathroom.

Location is really perfect! The guest house is about 15-20 minutes walk from Termini station and it's enough to feel comfortable when coming back late at night. Our window opened on magnificent Barberini Palace. The nearest underground station is 2 minutes walk, the Trevi Fountain is 7 minutes walk. On the way to the Trevi Fountain there is a supermarket. There is also a self-service landry in the neighbour street.

The owners are very helpful with all kind of information. On the site of the guest house they ask to let them know the time of arrival beforehand and it was ok with our late arrival.

There is also an antichamber for two rooms with a small fridge, several plates, a kettle and free tea bags and instant coffee. In the guest house there is no breakfast facilities but every day the owners leave croissants in the room.

The only inconvenience is that the rooms are not very well insulated. The whole guest house is like a huge appartment and you can hear perfectly well people in the neighbour room. Our neighbours were noisy but went to bed early and didn't bother us too much.
The outside bathroom for the cheapest room is situated right in front of the reception where you can often see the owners or their chldren. It might be sometimes embarassing for very shy persons.

Still for the price we paid everything was really great, we would definitely stay there again.

So, i arrived at the hotel noon & the owner was more than helpful to explain where & how to go everywhere.
Walking distance to trevi fountain, pantheon, piazza Spagna, termini...
The room was average, but awesome for someone who just wants to sleep and a bathroom to there own.
