My wife, daughter, and I happened upon this lovely restaurant on our last visit to rome. While the name was a little off-putting, the menu read very well, and it was busy inside with a mix of Italians and tourists. After some simple, tasty starters, my wife choose the roasted lamb while I opted for the tagliatta. Our daughters pizza was unquestionably the best we had in Rome. My steak was cooked to perfection, served on a bed of lightly roasted tomatoes, and rocket, with a nice balsamic reduction. The lamb was bursting with flavour, and such a large portion, I had to wade in to help. If I had any criticism of the dish, it would have benefited from a little jus. The staff were excellent. Very friendly and attentive. There is a very good wine list, and the prices here are most reasonable. I cannot recommend "that's amore" highly enough. We so enjoyed our meal here and will definitely be back. Now that's amore
