“Great Welcoming from Rosanna!”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 20 November 2012

I am a researcher and I spent in Casa Vacanze Chiro' almost two weeks. Rosanna's hospitality is incredible...she is able to make you feel extremely comfortable and at home! when I arrived, she was on the street late at night to wait and welcome me! When I had to postpone my departure she gave me the possibility to do it without any difficulties and without being informed to much in advance. The flat is very clean, fully equipped and tiny. The place is very calm and not to far from Rome. The bus stop is just in front of the house!I advice Casa Vacanze Chiro' for whoever wants to visit Rome for holidays and work!A great place!

The apartment was great! It had everything we needed to make our nth visit to Rome very homey. First time we found ourselves not having to rush in the morning for hotel breakfast; and it was good to be able to cook our own dinner at times. There were a couple of nearby supermarkets which was perfect. Since we were with my Mom and son, the place allowed us to relax outside the busy-ness of Rome. Rosanna was very helpful in terms of orienting us about the location and how the public transport system worked. While at first, it may seem a bit far from the city proper, the apartment had easy access to the bus and train stations. We will definitely stay there again! :)

The apartment is nicely sized, immaculate and tastelfullly decorated with all the comforts. Perfect for self-catering. Internet service is available. There is a private patio area for your use. Although on the outskirts of Rome, public transportation was easily accessible (bus stop less than 10 meters, and only minutes from train staion). Local restaurants, shops and services available and in walking disance. Our hosts, Rosanna and Christophe are a lovely couple and also speak English. We plan to stay there on our next visit to Rome.

Cute little apartment. Owners are very helpful and both spoke very good english . Very clean with a grocery store near by!! Apartment has everything you need for a self catering holiday. Cute little patio area to sit outside. We were travelling by car and the apartment has a place to park the vehicle that is safe and secure.

The location might look like it is really far away from the center of Rome, but it is quite apposite. There is a 8 min walking from house to rail station (for that you can also take a bus) and 15 min with train to Flamino (station where both of Rome's two metros are crossing), so you can go anywhere from there.

Apartmant is really nice-spacy, clean and with everything you need. The supermarket is just around the corner and in 5min walk there is a really good pasticceria with delicious ice-cream (ask the owner about it).

Eventhough I was looking for a place to stay in Rome just a few days before I left I got all the answers and confirmation in just one day.

Rossanna and her husband Christophe both speak English and make you very welcome at a Ground Floor apartment in a block owned by the extended family. The apartment itself is comfortable with all of the conveniences required for a self catering holiday. The area outside is for your sole use and is surrounded by a privacy fence. We were travelling by car but used the convenient local transport into Rome. The journey from the apartment to Rome was 15/20 minutes by local bus - train - metro and with help from Rossanna you can get within easy walking distance of many of the sites including Vatican City. The local bus stop is right outside the gate of the apartment, a big benefit, and the cost of a journey lasting upto 100 minutes is Euro 1.50.

It's a very clean and fully furnished. With a dish tv and internet connection. It has a big patio to dine out and it's in a quiete and safe part of town. In front of the apt, there is a convenient bus stop, to reach the subway. If you have a car, parking, it's really hard to find, at any time. The landlord, is extremely helpfull and lives nearby in case of emergency or for any further information about the city visit.
