Not centrally located but you don't really mind if you can pass under Porta Maggiore in an antique little tram each time you go back. Excellent place with lovely colours, a superb breakfast with a little treat each morning (especially loved the frisella:), free wifi in the room, and a nice view on the garden (if you are lucky to get one of the rooms with the balcony), , Mario is very helpful and he clearly cares about his place and guests. A highly recommended place to stay in Rome.
