“Expensive day trip to Florence”
Reviewed 5 August 2014

Tour guide was friendly & good. Mainly sitting on a coach.
When got into Florence first trip had to wait for museum guide to show Spanish around first, so
we were left hanging around for half hour waiting. The tour guide lost a family so had to wait for them too. Had a lunch which was like school dinners.
Then took us to a leather & gold shop hoping we would buy.
Do trip on train yourself as that trip to Florence cost 450 euro's for 1 adult & 2 kids, waste of money.

“Day trip to Naples and Pompeii”
Reviewed 2 August 2014 via mobile

Had an excellent tour guide who was really interesting. Tour was well organised, lunch was average but edible. Pompeii was great and our guide was really interesting. Would recommend.

“Day Trip to Isle of Capri”
Reviewed 1 August 2014

We did the day trip to the Isle of Capri. Our tour guide Nina is 5 stars but I'm reviewing the tour itself as well so I have to go with 3 stars overall.
Isle of Capri is definitely a beautiful place and worth seeing but if I had it to do over I'd have spent that valuable vacation day doing something else. We were picked up at our hotel at 6:45 am and were dropped off in the general vicinity of our hotel (15 min walk away) at 10:30pm. We didn't arrive on the Isle until after noon and left on a 5:00pm boat back. That was a long day for such a short period of time on the island.
If you want to go to Isle of Capri, go to Naples and take a hydrofoil over there. Don't try to do it in a day from Rome.

“Expect poor customer service and don't forget your printout”
Reviewed 30 July 2014

We booked our tickets for the city tour online, confident we wouldn't have to print the tickets out, after all, it IS the internet, isn't it? The first hint we got that printed tickets were the only acceptable currency came AFTER we had booked said tickets in a confirmation email that said we needed a printout. So we hoiked up Palatine Hill with the four children and the buggy and got on the bus, wielding our iPad. No dice, said the rather rude ticket seller. Same story back at head office, apparently. An hour later, we get on a bus with our printout. After all that, the tour is a fairly pedestrian affair, our 'new' ticket attendant is sour and the commentary sporadic and rudimentary. So, if you must use this company, be sure to bring your printout as zero flexibility will be extended.
