“A rotisserie for all persons including vegetarians.”
Reviewed 14 April 2013

The rotisserie is located close to Fiume Square, just 1 km from People's Square, and you can eat every day for lunch and dinner except on Wednesday and it is ideal for those who have a limited budget or for those who do not want to lose much time to eat.
"I Molisani” has a good pizza by the slice and the best Italian and Roman dishes (including meat and fish dishes) but, for me, the main course is "Melanzane alla parmigiana" (I prefer to write this dish in Italian so that there isn’t doubt).
It isn’t a self service but you can also eat in the local with table service, fast enough, or you take away the foods.
Try and see.

“Good Place to Eat Like A Local”
Reviewed 13 January 2013

We came here after our visit at the Villa Borghese. It's a deli like restaurant that we pick our food at the counter (there're diff types of cold dishes/hot dishes displayed), then we look for a table, they bring the food to our table and we pay before we leave. Tables are limited (there're some tables in the room adjacent to the place we place our order, also ~ 8-10 tables outdoor (there's a canopy just outside of the restaurants). We got there around 2 pm and the place was packed with locals. We were lucky that we found a table under the canopy area. We had grilled fish with lemon and pepper, and lasagna. Both are very tasty - the fish: crispy outside while the inside is still very moist and tender, full of flavor. Lasagna: lots of filling (not too meaty nor too cheesy) and when we first saw it, we thought the noodle would be very tender, but to our surprise, it was actually quite glutinous, which we prefer.

“Great place to try authentic local food”
Reviewed 4 January 2013 via mobile

A italian deli like osteria for local food. It's our second visit to this place because my husband missed their garlic bread. We were the only tourists there. A great place to experience italian local food.

“Great place for lunch”
Reviewed 20 October 2012 via mobile

They do not have a menu, you pick what you want from a variety of Italian dishes displayed inside. You eat with the locals on a simple terras outside. The food is good & valie for money. We paid 35 euro for 4..... Great place for lunch, about 800 m from galleria borgese.

“A very good inexpensive food option northeast of Termini Roma”
Reviewed 15 September 2012

This is a deli like restaurant with a few tables north east of the Termini. It is far enough away to be in a residential district. No other tourists during our visit. The tripadvisor logo is on their window. They have, as is typical for urban rosticceria, a deli case like set up, with pizza on one end and main dishes, pastas, and vegetables on the other. One of us had a swordfish in a tomato and pepper sauce and the other veal piccata along with bread and vegetables. The tomato and pepper sauce was excellent while the veal average. However, the quality vastly exceeded the 9 Euro per person price. The waitress was very friendly, helpful, and spoke English well.
