This B&B is great because Fulvia know what she is doing. Despite the fact that we arrived much later than anticipated she waited up for us and was so kind. Our room was very nice and comfortable and we had everything we needed and the bathroom was very clean and modern. The airline lost our luggage for two days and Fulvia went out of her way to communicate with them so we didn't have to worry too much about it. The area is safe and it is very close to Termini station so if you wish to take the train into Rome from the airport you won't have to walk too far to get to your destination. Fulvia is very helpful, resourceful, kind and gracious. Stay here if you'll be in Rome. I would gladly return.

Fulvia welcomed us late at night after a 38 hour trip from NZ. Needless to say, she was very helpful and was aware that we were knackered - she didn't hang around as it was obvious we needed to sleep (after some food and wine of course).
The room we stayed in was very well appointed with clean modern facilities and is central enough to walk to ancient Rome easily.
There is a cheap and cheerful restaurant underneath the accommodation and provided good standard Italian food quickly. Plenty of other options nearby too...
In short, we had a great time in Rome, and would highly recommend Casa Romana. Thanks Fulvia!

We stayed at Casa Romana in May 2013. Rome was our start and we were naive, yet our host Fulvia was gracious, kind and helpful. The room was clean, attractive and comfortable. The bathroom was not to be encountered again in other BnBs, very clean and modern. No joke this was our best stay in our Europe trip. It's within easy walking distance of Termini Station, and we always found it quite handy to parrot out "Dove Termini" to get back home! What really made this the best accommodation was our host Fulvia. Fulvia was extremely helpful, and went above and beyond to make our stay excellent. We were late, but Fulvia waited for us to hand us the keys. We had no idea where to start in Rome, and Fulvia personally mapped out a fool proof 3 day tour for us, complete with map. She provided excellent breakfast and would happily provide "snacks" for during the day. On one morning we decided to get up very early - it was no problem for Fulvia to organise some portable breakfast to take with us. I cannot sing enough praises about our stay here.

Just returned from a 3 night stay in Casa Romana at the end of our holiday, having spent a week in Sorrento first. Superb accommodation, modern, spotlessly clean and ideally located so close to the train and bus station (literally a few minutes walk away). Fulvia is a delightful hostess, has oodles of local knowledge; she really wants to make sure you enjoy your stay in Rome and is more than happy to help with your itinerary to make sure you see all you want to. Nothing is too much trouble for her, she even printed out tickets we'd booked online. Our room had a very comfortable bed, air con, kettle with tea and coffee, even a small fridge, lovely modern en suite bathroom with a roomy shower. Plenty of choice for breakfast from cold meats, cereal, fresh fruit, yoghurt, toast, cakes, tea, coffee, juice - you'll not leave hungry! We had an early start on our last day and Fulvia very kindly left all we needed for breakfast in our fridge along with access to the toaster. Would definitely return here if we're lucky enough to be back in Rome.

It was my first time staying in a B&B and I have to say it beats staying in a hotel. My friend and I stayed here for three nights. The room was cleaned everyday and everything was in good condition. There was one night that the wifi wasn't working so we called Fulvia, the owner. She immediately came over to fix it. We didn't expect her to come that late. We just wanted to inform her so she could take care of it in the morning. That was so nice of her. She also gave us a lot of advise on where to go around Rome. We got tired of tourist traps so we decided to go for a picnic. She suggested Villa Borghese. Awesome place with few tourists. The Termini station was a few steps away so the location is convenient for commuters. We explored the neighborhood and found choices of restaurants, bakeries, convenience stores and laundry mats.

When we came back from Amalfi coast, we decided to stay another night here to catch some hours of sleep and shower before our flight the following day. The arrival of our train from Salerno was delayed but Fulvia waited patiently for us at 11pm. She's amazing! We felt like we've found a friend.

I would gladly stay here again and already told my friends about it.

This bed and breakfast is right beside the Termini Station. It was very convenient for me and my friend because we didn't rent a car. The area has many mid-priced restaurants, laundry mats and grocery stores.

Fulvia, the owner, was a big help to us. She responds quickly to e-mails and waits for her guests by her window. :-) She prepares your breakfast and keeps your bed/bathroom spanking clean. We loved our stay here!

Room Tip: All the rooms are excellent. We got the chance to see all 3 rooms.

We were a couple who stayed here for 3 nights and it was really great. It was a room in an apartment with a private bathroom , a/c and wifi. The facilities were very clean, comfortable and modern. A maid comes in every day to clean the entire apartment. The location was great , a couple of minutes from the train station so really close to everything. Fulvia , who is the owner, will come to meet you when you arrive with keys ( you get a set ) and help you get setup. She is wonderful , speaks excellent English and is very helpful. She has great advice on how to get everywhere , gives you a map and can answer any question you have. She also came in every day in the morning to help with the breakfast , coffee etc. She herself is well traveled and as such is someone who is very easy to talk to and friendly. The experience here was great and I would unreservedly recommend staying here. It probably was one of the main reasons we enjoyed Rome and we will definitely be going back , to Rome and hopefully to Casa Romana.
