We have just returned from a long weekend in Rome, this hotel is a little gem and we had a wonderful time. The staff are very friendly and eager to please, the rooms are well appointed and the beds are very comfortable. There are only two very small downsides, there are no tea or coffee making facilities in the rooms and it is a bit of an up hill walk from the nearest metro station. Saying this, it is in a very quite neighbourhood so no street noise which is lovely compared to how busy it is in the tourist areas. We would absolutely stay here again.

Room Tip: Some rooms have balconies, request one when booking

Loved this hotel and would stay here again- it is in a quieter upscale area (felt very safe) but still close to major attractions - 10 minute leisurely walk to the Spanish Steps and 5 minutes to Villa Borghese. One of the highlights is the garden terrace for breakfast or a drink. Our room on the ground floor was spacious and had high ceilings - the hotel itself is beautiful and feels very authentic. Staff was friendly and helpful and their restaurant recommendations (Cezzarina an Il Fililni, both only a block or two away) were phenomenal. Only negative is that the hair dryer installed in the bathroom was a little weak so consider bringing your own (with an adapter/converter of course).

Room Tip: Our room on the ground floor was spacious and had high ceilings. While typically I would not want th...

From the moment my wife and I arrived at the hotel we felt like honored guests. The staff went out of their way to ensure our stay was an experience to remember. When asking questions at the desk regarding directions or tours, the staff would call to secure reservations or would actually walk outside the facility to point direct us to locations. The facilities were well kept and my wife has not stopped talking about the amenities and wonderful facilities. This hotel is well worth considering if you are in Rome and want a romantic stay with your loved one. Well situated with great restaurants within a few blocks and easy access to transportation. If you want to take a leisurely stroll in the afternoon away from all the tourists, the park, located a few blocks from the hotel, is the perfect place to enjoy the day. Highly recommended.

Room Tip: The suites are the best.

This review is difficult to write as we had mixed feelings about this hotel. The positives: good position close to Via Veneto, well-priced, free on-site parking, pretty period building and some really nice and spacious rooms. The negatives: some double rooms are tiny (we had one large twin bed and one tiny queen-bed room that was the size of a single), and possibly the worst breakfast we have ever had anywhere in the world, by some margin (old food and odd service). However, The latter is not a big problem, as there are many places to have a good coffee and croissant in Rome.

I had an confirmed and PAYED reservation at April for three nights. I ordered pick up service
from the airport but 10 minutes
before arrived at hotel, I got an
call from hotel announcing me
that they have a problem and
I have change to hotel Eliseo
I accepted because I thought it
might be very difficult looking
for other hotel with our luggage.
I would like mention that the price for Eliseo hotel is about 50% of Vila Pinciana. After my agent pressure I got 20% refund
from Vila Pinciana. I am writing
that review to inform other potential costumers to avoid themselves of so big inconvenient

A little weird to find, but once you ARRIVE… It was breathtaking… Parking, PERFECT and SAFE! Area, SAFE and BEAUTIFUL!... Short walking distance to some AMAZING restaurants! The staff at this hotel were EXCELLENT! They greet you a million times with a smile on their face… They help you with EVERYTHING you need, and with the area (tickets, cab, tour guides, etc..) they cater to you very well, kind and with a positive attitude! The room we stayed in was very clean and we also paid for a room for my parents and their room was very clean… The rooms were a little tight due to us having 2 children with us as well, but it was perfect for us! DEF. will stay there again… Perfect location 5 minutes to Spanish steps, and 10Euro by cab to the center of Rome… 25Euro to Vatican (for family of 6 bigger cab)
