“Great Hotel e Ottimo Personale che ci lavora”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 24 February 2013

I write this in English.

The hotel is very funcional an tick many boxes. this is a great corporate hotel, good value for money and with a great location close to Termini rail station and the metro. This can be a perfect hotel also for a holiday and you can tell that is particularly popular with Asians and Americans, while the Europeans will probably like something more intimate and family run. While I also like the second option best this is is undoubtly a great place to stay if you spend a few days in Rome. The staff working in this hotel is great and very helpfull, unusually so for big hotels in Italy. The Breakfast is brilliant with a very wide selection of food. Very higly reccomended . The rooms a spacious and the bed very confy. I slept like a baby.

Baeutiful hotel right behind the train station. Very beautiful and chic. The bar downstairs, with its chimney, is fantastic for tea or drinks. The room are extremely comfortable, the bathrooms luxurious. Every monument or musuem is at walking distance. you have to pay for the wifi !! do not try the restaurant... the service in good but the food is not good.

We stayed 3 nights. Standard room was big enough. Design was modern and quite new. Bed was good, bathroom with tub and shower. We had a room to the backyard and it was very quite, also with opened window.
Breakfast with a good choice of everything and until 11am at the weekend.
Location is prefect to reach everything by foot or with subway.

My partner and I just stayed for 4 nights as part of a birthday trip for me. Una is located about 2 mins from the huge Termini Station, which is where you need to head from Fiumicino - Leonardo da Vinci Airport.

This location is absolutely perfect for accessing most of Central Rome and its surrounding districts. We were always led to believe Roma was difficult to navigate due to its size: rubbish. We walked (in Jan/Feb temperatures of 14-16 degrees: so unfair) nearly everywhere including The Colosseum and Roman Forum (about 10 mins South of the hotel), the Pantheon, the river, the Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain. The only place we used public transport was for the Vatican City, which from the Termini Metro Station (Line A), is a 10-15 minute direct journey at a bargain €1.50 (get off at Ottaviano).

Hotel wise I was greeted to a beautiful bottle of Prosecco as a surprise, which always starts things off nicely. We stayed in an Executive Room, which was spacious, comfortable and modern. The Breakfast is very good with a lovely mix of continental meats/cheeses/pastries/fruits of course, to bacon/eggs et al (obviously when in Rome, we ditch the latter for a few days...).

I was also treated to a complimentary cocktail on my actual birthday and an evening turndown!
The bar area is quite intimate but do check out the traditional 'Happy Hour' drinks and nibbles. They do it as well as top end bars.

The team were all lovely. Federica and Walter in particular were great. The former for just being very welcoming and friendly (also offering to change our room as we had a dodgy blind on one window; we were grateful, but got over this minor issue) and the latter for having arranged the initial surprise with my partner.

A highly recommended hotel. There are plenty of quite 'local' restaurants/cafes/mini markets close by too, if you happen to need a lazier evening etc.

Cheers guys!

Room Tip: The hotel is located very centrally as stated and trams/traffic does run across nearly every end. T...

Lovely modern comfortable hotel, close to termini station for easy travel access and within walking distance to all North Rome / Central tourist locations. Immediate surroundings not great in terms of restaurants, however within 5 minutes some lovely traditional places. Hotel maintains excellent standards of cleanliness - very friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast with wide choice of food. Spacious bedroom though a little noisy ( but so tired each evening from sight seeing that not an issue ) - only recommendations would be for wi fi - very frustrating in this modern age that it is not freely available - would recommend and stay there again

We spent the weekend here in January and found the hotel to be modern and clean with a good restaurant. Location was good and within walking distance of all the main sights and right by the metro at termini. Tram runs beside one side of the hotel so can wake you early. The beds were a little hard. Nice bar with nibbles early evening. Really enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

We stayed at this hotel after a 12 days cruise with Celebrity Cruises end of September. We were looking for a nice smart affordable hotel near Termini station for a night to finish our lovely holiday and we were very happy with our choice. We arrived late morning and although we told on reservation we couldn't occupy the room until the afternoon but lucky us we got the room as soon as we checked in. We left the cruise ship in Civitavecchia, walked to the train station and arrived at Termini station about one hour later and the hotel was very closed by. Room was very spacious, very well furnished, big comfortable bed and a huge bathroom, all very well appointed and ultra modern.
Breakfast was nice for Italian standard and reception very pleasant and helpful. Overall a very nice hotel, easy access to most things. We walked everywhere (got lost but that's part of the fun). Next day we walked back to Termini to get train to airport.

Room Tip: They have sunroof rooms with balconies but didn't think it was woth the surcharge as we were out...
