“OUR FAVOURITE!”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 26 October 2013

We recently travelled all over europe... the Una hotel Rome was by far our favourite place that we stayed. We had a comfort room, including breakfast, and everything was perfect!
The breakfast is great, the atmosphere is exciting, and the rooms are luxurious. Our room faced an inner courtyard so there was no street noise either. The location is great too, only a street away from stazione termini.
It is a bit pricey but we were more than happy with what we got. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Room Tip: Get a room facing the inner courtyard to avoid street noise.

Our room was tiny....but what isn't in Rome. The room was very clean along with the rest of the hotel! the breakfast served every morning was great! I am not sure if this was a newer hotel or if it was remodeled but either way we were very comfortable. The wireless service in the rooms did not work great, but were hardly ever in the room. So much to see in Roma.

Stayed 6 nights at Una and will do it again next time in Rome. Una is very close to Termini
Station - travel by metro to all major sites, and beyond, was very easy. Staff was very helpful with directions, accomodations, arranging for taxi/car service on flight out, and even provided early breakfast to go on our final day. Restaurant was great - breakfasts and staff were really good. Beds and accomodations were fantastic. Walked area all around Una Hotel Roma - it was very safe. Loved Una Hotel Roma!

Excellent hotel, very good for business and tourism trips to Rome. It’s located near the Termini train station, but in a better area, away from the fuzzy of the station. Different from other hotels in Italy, the building was very well renovated and the hotel seemed very new. The room was comfortable, very quiet (I couldn’t hear anything from outside), with a good table and chair, the bathroom was huge, with an excellent bathtub. The breakfast was excellent. The only downside is that they charge for internet. Beside this, it’s an excellent choice.

We were very happy here. A very nice young man at reception upgraded us to a 6th floor room with a large balcony and lovely view of the city. The room was a bit tight, but the bathroom was large and very well appointed.

It isn't in the most attractive section of town; that's probably why the price is so reasonalble. But it's very convenient to the main train station and within walking distance of most of Rome's most popular sights.

There are plenty of restaurants in the area. We highly recommend "Trattoria Cecio"; we ate there three nights in a row.

Room Tip: Ask if you can get an upgrade to a room with a balcony. At breakfast, ask for a table next to one of...

This is an excellent hotel, well presented, with great facilities and very helpful staff. Its close proximity to the Termini is an advantage without being effected by the noise or congestion. We thought the buffet breakfast was impressive with a great variety of food. In short this was our first visit to Rome and the stay at the Roma added to our enjoyment of this fantastic city.

My husband and I stayed for a week in Rome, we found the staff at the hotel friendly and helpful at all times, we asked for a blanket, as the air con made the room quite cool and one was brought to our room within minutes of asking. The standard room was modern and comfortable but quite small, very high standard of cleanliness and a really nice en suite. Breakfast was well organized with plenty of choice. We liked the location within minutes of Termini, this was great when we arrived on the airport shuttle bus, and when we used the Metro. We went out to eat in the evening and there are plenty of restaurants close to the hotel, although we enjoyed walking further into the city. We did walk around the Termini station area, and did come upon an area that was not very nice, but this was not near our hotel. We had a wonderful stay and would stay here again if we return to Rome.

Room Tip: We were located on the 6th floor and had no problem with any street noise.
