“Great!”

Excellent Hotel, very close to the main train and bus Roma Termini station - greatly positioned for travelling around Rome. Clean rooms, wonderful and courteous staff, great breakfasts. I would come back again.

This hotel is well run and of a very high standard for the Termini area. The rooms are well appointed with really comfortable beds and a good mini bar. Public areas are modern and neat.

You can easily get to it with a 4 minute walk from Termini station so you can jump on Trains to other Cities/suburbs/Airport easily.

The local bus station is here so you can catch local buses easily. It is close to all the major attractions as well. Bus 40 and 64 will take you to the Vatican. A 20 to 30 minute walk will get you to the Coliseum/Trevi fountain and heaps of other spots.

The breakfast was great. I would definitely stay here again.

Very clean and nice looking hotel. The breakfast was delicious: American breakfast was actually better than in the USA. Very friendly and extremely helpful staff. The restaurant had decent food for the price. The hotel is not far from the coliseum and other landmarks in Rome (everything is within a 20 to 30 minute walk), a few blocks from metro station and restaurants/cafes. I would definitely stay at this hotel again. Great value.

The hotel was in a great location, close to the Termini. We walked there from the train with our luggage and it was easy to get a bus or subway ride to the main sights in Rome every day. The decor in the hotel and in the rooms was modern and sophisticated. I loved the style and size of the bathroom and spent every night in the soaking tub! The free minibar was a huge plus as we packed up on water and juice before taking off to explore Rome every morning. Every staff member we interacted with were incredibly polite and helpful.

Negatives: the internet was a bit slow, the breakfast was poor to average, and our "king" bed was really two twin beds pushed together that kept coming apart, so one of us kept falling into the cavern between the two beds.

Chosen mainly for location, it cannot be faulted as its 3 mins walk from Termini & Metro & hop-on bus tours. Also Green Line tour office across the street is handy. Very high standard of rooms & public areas all bright & fresh without being garish or uncomfortable as some 'modern' design hotels can be. Breakfast is excellent with large choice. Only gripe was its difficult to get 'hot' water for tea - but this is common throughout Rome so not unique to the Una. Some excellent value restaurants in the vicinity offering great value food & wine. Do not be put off by the guide books mentioning the area around Termini as being unsafe after dark. This side of the station is safe, well lit & busy so never any concerns in this regard.

Room Tip: Ask for room on higher floors as the areas around can get a little noisy around midnight with revell...

Hotel is easily accessible one road away from the central station Termini which has access to the metro and trains out of the city.

Cheap rates available but when arriving to the hotel they ask you if you would like to upgrade for 25EUR as we only had a standard room with no internet. Didnt bother and just kept with the standard room. Room was fine nice bed, bathroom was big was nice waterfall shower. Breakfast included with good selection of cold meats and cheese and some hot breakfast but looked greasy so never touched. I think this hotel is good value for money, for the location but was not in the room much so didnt need a 5* for the stay.
