Stayed here in May 2013 and was rather disappointed when we compare wth our "normal" hotel in Rome, Napoleon (see separate review).
We stayed in the junior suite. Pro: Good size, only room at this floor, large balcony. Con: balcony was not cleaned on two of three days, When you left the room all electricity was turned off meaning that you could not chrage your Ipad etc. while you were away.
Breakfast: Pro: Good coffee. Con: Breakfast room situated in the cellar so no windows. Staff was not present in the room but come "on and off" meaning that you could wait up to 10 minutes for a cup of coffee. The choice of bread and cold cut was rather limited.
Also one morning we were looking for the staff at the reception as our key card was not working - no one there and we could not find anyone elsewhere. Result - we waited for 10 - 15 minutes to go into our room.
At last - be aware of the distance to the city center. As other says there is only one bus in the area and walking to f.e. Piazza del Popolo take app. 40 minutes!
So - no we would not return to this hotel.
