This was my first overseas trip with my mum. When we first arrived we were welcomed and taken to our room. Our room was small but welcoming and we loved the fact that we also able to watch some tv shows. It was so close to everything and the staff were incredible! I honestly would recommend it to everyone.

Hotel was nice, rooms were clean and big enough. Bed was comfortable. And the location was great. We could walk to piazza navona through trevi fountain and pantheon even at 1 a.m. It was very safe-police was everywere.

Wonderfully located hotel in the heart of Rome - great bed, wonderfully invigorating rainfall shower and breakfast delivered to your room each morning as a nice touch! The stairs are long and deep and couldn't be managed by everyone and the staff are virtually invisible re concierge services unless you ask - then they'll answer questions but essentially it's the wonderful location and the cleanliness of the rooms that are the best!!!

The breakfast service was the best. It was delivered to the room, so you don't have to get dressed and go to a dining room. THE BEST COFFEE EVER!!! No surprises here. The hotel was fabulous and exactly as pictured. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. There were plenty of outlets and the water pressure in the shower was powerful. We loved the 24 hour concierge service. The staff was super knowledgeable. The location was very close to the Trevi Fountain, but on a side street so there was very limited noise. We were able to sleep with the window open. We walked to all the top sites easily, and the bus and underground were very conveniently located. We will stay here again. I highly recommend this hotel.

Room Tip: Our king room was very large.

Great location in the heart of Rome! Centrally located to enjoy walking to any of the major sites in Rome. The rooms are exceptionally quiet when you close the windows, but you can open them and hear all the normal hustle and bustle of everyday life and tourists who comb this busy side street. The room darkening drapes along with the quiet rooms and by far the most comfortable beds in all of the other Italy's beds we slept on make this a true gem! The rooms are nicely decorated and you get breakfast room service everyday. Although your choices are very limited with the breakfast, it still was a nice to have something small to start your day.

Ideal location. The room was lovely and even though in a very busy location I slept like a baby. Last night tonight. sad to be leaving. Simona has been so helpful, nothing is too much trouble. The breakfast sets you up for the day. Very good price considering you are in the centre of Rome .
The only negative is no bath, only showers. And after a lot of walking a soak would be better. But maybe that's just personal preference. Could do with tea or coffee making facility. But otherwise it's great.
We would stay nowhere else when in Rome. Will be back.

Room Tip: We stayed into the superior double room. And I think this was the best room. Walk in dressing room...

We just returned from a two-week tour of Italy. Our first stop was Rome, and we stayed at the Relais Trevi 41. Thankfully we took a car from the airport, which dropped us off directly in front of the hotel. It's on a side street and there isn't a big sign, so it could have been easy to miss. The reception area is next door to the actual hotel. We were given a different room than initially booked - and it was much better! We called it the penthouse suite since it was the top floor. There were quite a few steps to get there, but we didn't have a lot of bags and could maneuver easily.

Tiger helped us check in - he was so helpful during our two-night stay! He provided maps, helped us to navigate the city, and even gave us a dinner recommendation for a fabulous little hideaway! The hotel was wonderful, and because of Tiger and his outstanding service, we would definitely stay here again.

Our room was very large for Rome standards, complete with two different sitting areas, and a table for 2. There were two windows and a staircase leading to a private rooftop deck that will be completed this summer. My favorite part was the bathroom - bright sea green!! It was fantastic. Double sinks and a small but decent shower. The entry to the bathroom was fairly low, and my 6' husband had to duck when going in or out.

Breakfast was perfectly acceptable, and served in our rooms, consisting of croissants, toast, meats/cheese, fruit or yogurt. And delicious cappuccino!!!

Hotel is very centrally located. It's so close to the Trevi Fountain, and a 5 minute walk to the Spanish Steps and the Metro.
