Stayed in this hotel 4 nights in 2rooms green and purple. The location is perfect just opposite airport shuttle bus. Chinese restaurant next to hotel also good value. I will choose Dream station whenever I come back to Rome.

We spent one night in this unique hotel in the blue room which looks exactly like the picture shown. A very colorful place located right across the street from Termini is a bit hard to find, just look for the Chinese restaurant and the big green door is to the left facing the restaurant, a couple doors down, but it is clearly marked. The elevator is claustrophobic, so I always walked up the 4 stories, but that is just me. With no resident manager, the area included 3 colored rooms, a small reception area and the kitchen. You make an appointment to check in. The gentleman was waiting for us very nice, thorough and helpful, explaining the keys (4 needed to access building and room), the kitchen (full use of dishes, fridge and coffee and water machines) and how to get to the airport.
We had plenty of room, including a little table with 2 chairs, a couch which would fold into a bed, a large wardrobe with shelves and space to hang clothes. The flat screen TV, air conditioning, and free wi-if which worked very well. Our room looked out over the Termini. Surprisingly when the windows were closed, noise was a minimum. The bed was a little hard but the pillow was very comfy.
The bathroom was small but functional. The shower, which was ample sized, did not have a light and was very dark and slippery.
Breakfast was minimal, toast, croissants, spreads (Nutella, jams) as well as juices, milk and cereal, but worked well for us.
The location right across from Termini is very convenient. Although only there 1 night, we made a couple of trips there and back during our travels in the city (we needed to rest during the 95 degree day). Termini has a mall below where you could buy almost anything with a grocery store, clothing stores, cell providers, pharmacy, etc.
We would stay there again.

Wow, what a great place!. Get past the immediate location (Next to the Termini, not too clean streets, slightly undersirable types (who actually do not bother you at all)) and you go through 4 locked doors to reach your colour-coded room. Great rooms and facilities with free Wi-Fi and a computer to use in the hallway, with printer. Shared kitchen but not a problem if everyone cleans up after themselves. Plenty of food and coffee etc available. Funkiest sink I have ever seen - Lights up and changes colour with the temperature. Fantastic location for siteseeing in Rome. Double glazing was amazing - we didn't hear a thing and the aircon keeps you cool.

I was on my euro trip on March 2013 and Rome was my 3rd stop.I was a bit skeptical to choose a B&B as i've never been on one before. But I decided to since Dream Station has great reviews and also pretty rooms (no kidding!).Outside of the building doesnt look pleasant but once you're in,you feel right at home! It's perfect. The beds were comfy, the heaters work, the windows were soundproof, the bathroom was great, everything was spotless.Oh and also there's a kitchen where they stock up all the food and me and my friends probably finish up the nice cake thing.haha
And have i told you the convenience of this place? Its literally next to Termini Station. Its along Mcdonalds.Once you're out of Termini Station and see the MCds,cross over to Mcds and turn left.Walk all the way straight till you see a big green door (there's 2,its the 2nd one next to a chinese jewellery store)

Honestly, this was one of the best place I ever been to.We even walked to the Colosseum which was around 15mins.Rome was perfect and Dream Station made it even better.
I forgot the dude's name who welcome us but he was so nice!Grazie!

We stayed in April and we were very pleased with our stay. It is an apartment style specious room with big window. Location is great in front of Termini station, yet very secured. Breakfast is self served. Nice coffee and soda machine. Excellent value for money, great stay if you want to visit nearby places by train.

Good location, especially close to Termini station. To get from the airport by train (8 euros), or by bus at the end of the arrivals area (5 Euro). Across the street from the station to the right (if to stand to face him) is a building which B&B, benchmark input - triple balcony on the 2nd floor. The door is closed - call. Rooms are on the 4 floor with Elevator. Convenient to use the kitchen, which is always open, a coffee machine, refrigerator, stove, pots and pans. The guy at the reception appeared at the agreed time without delays. Near the entrance of a decent Chinese restaurant. From the station there are buses in all directions (10-15 min), incl. pl. Navona, Pantheon, Jewish quarter, the Vatican, area of Venice, etc. Internet fast, reliable, free. In the lobby freely available computer with printer and Internet point. Sanitary room is clean and comfortable. Quietly. Opposite the entrance to the airport buses leave every 30 minutes is easy and inexpensive to 4-5 euros.

Room Tip: Bad soundproofing, but it didn't really bother me, as it all guests prefer to walk around the ci...
