“Cozy B&B”
Reviewed 29 October 2013

Excellent location, complete amenities, safe and clean. Rooms were big. Initially I was worried that there wasn't someone there all the time, but they gave us a contact number which you can reach in case you have problems. They also allowed us to leave our bags for a few hours before our flight which saved us money. Excellent location right next to the termini. You can also take the bus to the airport which is just across the street.

Great service with helpful tips from Mauritzio. Quiet room with comfy bed and good water pressure for showering. Convenient location. We had the yellow room and will happily stay there again next time we are in Rome.

Colorful rooms
- They name all the rooms by colours! Even shampoo + foam are colorful!
- Rooms are very spacious for a location so central.
- Actually an apartment with a heavy gate, but owner probably bought few units and converted into this hotel... so it's very safe actually!
- Only thing is the walkways are abit smaller so it can get noisy when guests talk at walkways, try to get rooms near the corners and away from kitchen :)

Generous owner
- Stocks up the kitchen with food everyday... so you just take as much as you want, mainly breakfast foods though. Many people cook here too!
- Really thoughtful to provide healthier options like fruits and juices...

Convenient
- right opposite the international train station AND metro AND bus terminal in Rome. You can get or leave here easily with any of the 3 transportations!
- being so central obviously means many shops and restaurants are easily available too

Room Tip: Rooms are all spacious, only thing is the walkways are abit smaller so it can get noisy when guests...

I stay here for 1 night in the last day before go back to Bangkok. Dream station is very near train station(Roma Termini) just walk across the road. Staff, he is friendly and show me how to use the kitchen. The room is lovely and comfortable. But unfortunately, the air con in my room is not work (the staff , he doesn't know before too) . So, that night i open the window before sleep( very noisy couse near the train station) ....ummm it' s OK for me but not for my partner.
PS. Tell the staff first before you go there( he is not always at the hotel) .... If i go to Rome again, i think...i will stay here again( hope the air con is better).

We spent one night in this unique hotel in the blue room which looks exactly like the picture shown. A very colorful place located right across the street from Termini is a bit hard to find, just look for the Chinese restaurant and the big green door is to the left facing the restaurant, a couple doors down, but it is clearly marked. The elevator is claustrophobic, so I always walked up the 4 stories, but that is just me. With no resident manager, the area included 3 colored rooms, a small reception area and the kitchen. You make an appointment to check in. The gentleman was waiting for us very nice, thorough and helpful, explaining the keys (4 needed to access building and room), the kitchen (full use of dishes, fridge and coffee and water machines) and how to get to the airport.
We had plenty of room, including a little table with 2 chairs, a couch which would fold into a bed, a large wardrobe with shelves and space to hang clothes. The flat screen TV, air conditioning, and free wi-if which worked very well. Our room looked out over the Termini. Surprisingly when the windows were closed, noise was a minimum. The bed was a little hard but the pillow was very comfy.
The bathroom was small but functional. The shower, which was ample sized, did not have a light and was very dark and slippery.
Breakfast was minimal, toast, croissants, spreads (Nutella, jams) as well as juices, milk and cereal, but worked well for us.
The location right across from Termini is very convenient. Although only there 1 night, we made a couple of trips there and back during our travels in the city (we needed to rest during the 95 degree day). Termini has a mall below where you could buy almost anything with a grocery store, clothing stores, cell providers, pharmacy, etc.
We would stay there again.

Wow, what a great place!. Get past the immediate location (Next to the Termini, not too clean streets, slightly undersirable types (who actually do not bother you at all)) and you go through 4 locked doors to reach your colour-coded room. Great rooms and facilities with free Wi-Fi and a computer to use in the hallway, with printer. Shared kitchen but not a problem if everyone cleans up after themselves. Plenty of food and coffee etc available. Funkiest sink I have ever seen - Lights up and changes colour with the temperature. Fantastic location for siteseeing in Rome. Double glazing was amazing - we didn't hear a thing and the aircon keeps you cool.
