This place is adjacent to the bus terminal (just across the street on the left side with the trains behind you). Very friendly and will help in anyway he can.... Rooms are spacious, especially for Italy. A shared kitchen is available to use ( save eating out all the time). Also, both metros converge at the train station here, so you have ready access to all of Rome and can easily daytrip to perhaps Florence or Assisi. Even though this is right next to the trains the room is well sound proofed so you don't even hear them. Area is typical near a train station, but at no time should you feel affraid - well lit and no small side streets to traverse. Yes, there are a few keys to get through the two ground floor and two room floor dors, but being color coded it is a snap.

Ideal location if you do not want to drag your luggage all over Rome. It's right across the Termini so arrival via train is a breeze, Same goes if your arriving from the airports as the buses from FCO & CIA stop right across the street. You have to unlock 3 doors before you can actually get into your room so it's safe and they have a little safety box in the closet if you want to leave your passports or money. There is no reception but they ask you anyway before you arrive your arrival time so the owners can hand over your keys and orient you with the breakfast set up. Generous breakfast and food/coffee is always available in the kitchen which is always open. The owners are also kind enough to let you leave your luggage for free after check out which is a godsend if you're taking an evening flight. The room and the bathroom are spotless and I loved the soap/gel/shampoo which they provide. Would definitely return to this hotel as it is very homey & is a great place to come home to after a tiring day of being a tourist :)

Excellent location, complete amenities, safe and clean. Rooms were big. Initially I was worried that there wasn't someone there all the time, but they gave us a contact number which you can reach in case you have problems. They also allowed us to leave our bags for a few hours before our flight which saved us money. Excellent location right next to the termini. You can also take the bus to the airport which is just across the street.

Great service with helpful tips from Mauritzio. Quiet room with comfy bed and good water pressure for showering. Convenient location. We had the yellow room and will happily stay there again next time we are in Rome.

Colorful rooms
- They name all the rooms by colours! Even shampoo + foam are colorful!
- Rooms are very spacious for a location so central.
- Actually an apartment with a heavy gate, but owner probably bought few units and converted into this hotel... so it's very safe actually!
- Only thing is the walkways are abit smaller so it can get noisy when guests talk at walkways, try to get rooms near the corners and away from kitchen :)

Generous owner
- Stocks up the kitchen with food everyday... so you just take as much as you want, mainly breakfast foods though. Many people cook here too!
- Really thoughtful to provide healthier options like fruits and juices...

Convenient
- right opposite the international train station AND metro AND bus terminal in Rome. You can get or leave here easily with any of the 3 transportations!
- being so central obviously means many shops and restaurants are easily available too

Room Tip: Rooms are all spacious, only thing is the walkways are abit smaller so it can get noisy when guests...
