“Pretty good”
Reviewed 14 May 2013

When we came in, the guy who helped us was very smart about the area. He also spoke 4 different languages, which was very impressive. The rooms are very clean and the bed was firm and good. We had a good view above the street. The room was warm and we did have to have someone come in and fix the AC but they did so in a timely manner. This place is pretty good. We would stay here again.

Great Hotel!

New, Contemporary, well thought out!

Great location, Balcony, Free Safe, Mini Fridge, Roof terrace, Vending machines stocking as well as other items; champagne, wine, beers, soft drinks & hot chocolate. Microwave, designated hot water taps, gym, helpful staff and otop of that everything worked!

The above list sounds simple, then why do so many hotels get it so wrong?! You never felt that they where trying to squeeze every Euro out of you.

I would stay again and have recommeneded to 3 other people since our return!

Please open one in Barcelona as we are going there next year!!!!!!

NB: The room we had was small, but I came to see Rome & not sit in my hotel room!

This hotel is in a great location, close to Termini station and a 35 minute drive to Fiumicino Airport.

There was a lot of choice at the breakfast buffet, and there is a lovely roof terrace too where you can enjoy a drink in the evening.

The room itself was very spacious and very clean. The bed was huge and comfortable.

My fiance and I had a great time staying at IQ Hotel and would definitley stay there again when we return to Rome.

The staff could not do enough for you, were very friendly and welcoming and gave advice on places to eat and where to go. I would recommend this hotel to anyoen travelling to Rome.

Stopped here for a couple of days post cruise on the recommendation of friends and it was ideal.

Modern building and rooms. The place is spotless, the staff friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is great and the vending machines sell anything you may need including wine!

We stayed here at the end of a 2 week trip to Italy. This place is a bargain for Rome. It is brand new and for the price and by European standards the rooms and bathrooms are huge. Only 1 other hotel we stayed at had the a/c working and that was a 5 star in Milan which cost a lot more.Others told us to open the window!
It is walking distance to the central station and the subway. Has a nice small gym and sauna. Several good restaurants close by . Great service. Another great find at this site. Strongly recommended and would stay here again for sire

We stayed at the hotel on recommendation from a friend and we were very grateful! The hotel is smart, modern and spotless.

All the staff were friendly and competent. The room was minimalist but had everything you needed, the buffet breakfast was as good as we have had in 5 star hotels elsewhere.

Fridge in the room and vending machines for snacks, drinks, coffee and wine as well as a self service laundry.

The weather was not good enough to enjoy the roof terrace but this place has everything and is very handy for train metro and bus.

My husband and I have just returned from our honeymoon in Rome at the IQ Hotel. We had an absolutely amazing time, particularly due to our wonderful hotel which was clean, well thought out, and employed staff that spoke brilliant English. (A definite positive for a couple with limited knowledge of Italian!) The staff couldn't have been more helpful - any time we had a query or concern, the situation was handled very promptly and in a very courteous way.
Although Rome is a pretty noisy place, and the hotel is situated in a busy square, our room was amazingly quiet. The bed was massive and very comfortable, and the blackout curtains were also amazing! The bathroom was spotless and the bath was a particular highlight – it was huge!
I can’t recommend the roof terrace enough. There are a number of vending machines supplying hot drinks, food, and alcohol, and the heat lamps ensure you aren’t chilly at night. A wide selection of comfy sofas and chairs ensured that it was a perfect spot to catch some sun or a snooze in the afternoons.
The hotel was conveniently located so that we were able to walk everywhere in central Rome. We only used the Termini station (nearest to the hotel) once, to visit the Vatican, but we enjoyed tripping off on foot most days – there were plenty of coffee shops and ice cream shops to break up the walking! We were advised by the hotel to pre-book tickets to the Vatican – they even kindly offered to print them out at reception for us.
I can’t recommend this hotel enough and will definitely return on our next visit to Rome!

Room Tip: We recommend a room overlooking the street outside. Don't worry about noise, you can't hear...
