I am so pleased that we made the right choice to steer clear of the hotel options in town and spent 4 lovely nights in this perfect gem of a hotel.

Everybody from Luisa the owner, Daniel the manager to the various helpers have been full of hospitality and warmth.

The hotel is located in a quiet residential estate and was completely safe for us to walk back around mid night.

The various dinner options recommended were within walking distance and provided a dining experience with the locals IE no tourist traps at horrendous prices.

I stayed in 2 rooms, one a double and the other to accomodate a third travel companion. Both rooms were spotless and comfortable.

Breakfast was something to look forward to, either in the cheery breakfast room or outdoors on the patio.

The free wi-fi and free use of notebooks during our stay made getting in touch easy.

We also chilled out at the patio in the evenings and got to chat with fellow guests.

The distance to the sights is not something that cannot be overcome. There are buses to the key sites, and the nearest metro is about a 15 minute walk away. We also cabbed from the city at around ten euros.

Overall, I would recommend this lovely hotel to any travelers who are looking at staying away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Ciao!

We enjoyed our stay at the Palm Gallery. The rooms were spacious and immaculately kept -even the bathrooms were up-to-date. We loved the front porch, covered with large umbrellas to keep us shaded and cool, while we ate breakfast or had snacks and drinks before dinner. The staff went above-and -beyond to help us with phone call reservations and transportation issues. My only negative comment is the location of this hotel - it really isn't "walking distance" to any place we wanted to go. So we relied on the bus system which was sometimes hot and crowded and often intricate in navigating. We also used the taxis which were not familiar with the street Palm Gallery was located on - and they were pricey as well. I recommend that future guests take advantage of Luisa's airport and/or railway pick-up and drop-off service. It was very convenient for us especially since we also had our luggage to deal with. Palm Gallery is a very friendly, service-oriented hotel with a wonderful owner and staff. Stay there - just be prepared to travel like the locals!

The Palm Gallery hotel is truly one-of-a-kind. From our first steps on the property, we felt like we were staying at the home of a friend. Luisa, the owner, is the perfect hostess who greeted us with a bottle of Prosecco and snacks which we enjoyed on the lovely front balcony. We quickly became acquainted with the hotel cats, especially Romeo. We spent some time every morning and evening on the balcony, enjoying the beautiful gardens and peacefulness of the neighborhood. Luisa went out of her way to make our stay fabulous even having drinks with us late one evening to celebrate my husband's birthday.

The accomodations are lovely. Our room was very comfortable and quite large even though we had three people staying in it.

With the maps provided by Luisa it was no problem to take the bus all over Rome. Be sure, though, to either utilize Luisa's car service from the train station or the bus as we were price-gauged by a taxi driver.

We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves at the Palm Gallery and will look forward to returning again!!

My boyfriend and stayed there last June, a charming town house away enough from the noisy downtown but yet close to take a subway and get there within 20 minutes.
The staff is great, fist of all the owner (Luisa) is always there to assist you...she welcomes every single guest :)...from the moment you arrive they make you feel like home...Vincenzo (the receptionist) is very helpful and charismatic...Lorenzo by night its a great host, either you arrive in the morning or late at night someone is always there to assist you.
On a personal note, our room was in the first floor and very close to the kitchen and service area, therefore mornings were very noisy and towels in the bathroom were very hard....it will be nice if you could have t.v. channels in other languages apart from Italian.

The title just about sums it up. This is not your run of the mill hotel. Great decor, spacious rooms and great staff. We were welcomed by Daniel, who kept a parking spot saved for us and then welcomed us with a lovely bottle of wine. The hotel has a quiet garden perfect for relaxing after a busy day exploring. It's a bit of a distance from some major tourist areas but definitely worth it. We look forward to staying here again on our next trip to bella Roma.

We spent our final night at this hotel in Rome.

While it was a little bit of a journey out of the city of Rome, it's very well connected and its great to get away from the hustle and bustle!

We were made to feel very welcome and special, and we knew it would be a relaxing stay from the start. The rooms are very comfortable and it feels a lot like being in a luxe B&B rather than an impersonal hotel.

I highly reccommend this place. We used the hotel's bus service to get a transfer to the airport which was great and very stress free!
