I can't imagine a more divine, elegant, warm experience for my first trip to Rome, Italy, and Europe! If they had a million stars I would give it to this hotel. Luisa, Daniel, Lorenzo, Vincenzo, and others (all the men working at the hotel) thank you for an amazing experience. This woman knows her stuff! They will graciously give you anything in their ability you ask for and recommend exactly what you are looking for! Thank you and will see you again soon! Buon Natale!

Room Tip: If you want an authentic experience!

We've been there 6 months ago, and i would choose this place again without an hesitation.
Very Good Value.
A little out of the center (just enough) in a very nice and peacefull area, but still with a very fast access to it.

The Welcome is perfect.....they make you feel at home right away.

Couldn't make a better choice.

Room Tip: No Worries, every room are perfect, then to get a better view or a bigger room, there is an extra cost. But even a classic room os very comfortable.

After not seeing my husband for 4 months we met in Rome with our 2 year old and stayed at Palm Gallery Hotel. This place was just perfect. Luisa and Mincinzo (please excuse my spelling) were so lovely to us. We really wanted somewhere we could feel comfortable but not a standard hotel room. Everything about Palm Gallery was FABULOUS. When we arrived we were welcomed with Vino and nibbles which just set the scene and made us relaxed instantly (even with a 2 year old). While Palm Gallery is not in the very centre of Rome we loved the location and it really was a nice walk to all the sites (and quite ok for us even with little one) and we loved that we were away from that at the end of the day and in a lovely part of Rome. We just wanted to relax and enjoy Rome and Palm Gallery set the scene for a wonderful stay. The rooms are lovely as well with everything one needs and more. Breakfast was amazing. Everything was just perfect. We were so happy staying here. We would love to stay again and thank you for making our trip so perfect.

Room Tip: We were downstairs and our room was perfect but i am sure all the rooms are wonderful.

This place is truly unique and one of the most lovely hotel experiences I have ever had. The Palm Gallery was by far the favorite of our entire trip. Luisa and her staff are absolutely amazing. They are kind (the best service. ever), accommodating, and make one heck of a cappuccino! Other reviews mentioned the distance from the city center as a disadvantage, but we found the location to be an asset. The neighborhood is quiet, beautiful, and is home to the best dining experience we had in Rome...Osteria dell'Arco, which was recommended by the hotel. The walk into the city center doesn't take long and all the walking makes it that much easier to justify that second (or third!?) gelato. If walking isn't your thing, easy access to the bus and metro await you down the street. The next time we're in Rome we wouldn't dream of staying anywhere but here.

Room Tip: I'm a fan of the S2. It's a corner room with two large windows.

The other reviews have pretty much touched on everything I would say about this wonderful hotel. I will just emphasize that the Palm Gallery was one of the best experiences I have ever had at a hotel. When we arrived we had a lot of problems with an airline regarding lost luggage and Luisa and her staff went above and beyond for us. I would go as far as to say that the location and service at this hotel is what made our trip to Rome such a great experience. It was truly a pleasure.
