Luisa and Giancarlo are the sweetest hosts that you can imagine! They and their staff go out of their way to make your stay in Rome as comfortable and as memorable as possible. The rooms in their charming villa are all cozy (my wife and I have stayed in 4 different ones so far), the environment with all its plants allows you to decompress after a day out in the city, and you can trust that whatever they serve you will be well curated.

This review has been long overdue, and I just could not forgive myself for not writing it for so long. What pinched me the most was not being able to thank the staff of Palm Gallery who made us feel at home during my first trip to Europe.
We arrived on a chilly November evening and were greeted by a very warm welcome by Vincenzo - truly a sweetheart. While he arranged a warm cup of cappuccinos for us, he took the efforts to make sure that we were quite well informed about the city before we set our foot on the pebbled streets. We are were also delighted by the complimentary upgrade in our room.
We were stayed at Palm Gallery for 6 nights, and the whole staff was delightful- special shout out to Vincenzo, Julio, and Denise who prpeared yummy omlettes for my husband and was kind enough to share the recipe with me.

Overall the hotel is a cozy little den which comforts you truly after a long days walk around the city - with the yummy food (superb breakfast spread), most hospitable staff and owner Louisa (we didn't get to meet her but did have a few delightful email exchanges), and last but not the least happy and long lasting memories of the beautiful city and also some friends.

I am sure that whenever I am in Rome next, I will be staying at Palm Gallery without batting an eyelid.

Kudos to the Palm Gallery team - hope to see you soon!

We got a warm welcome from Daniel the minute we arrived, this great service and attention to detail continued through our entire stay. The rooms are perfect and the terrace relaxing. The pool is too

Room Tip: The terrace rooms are wonderful

Quiet, just off the beaten track, exceptionally clean & comfortable, and some of the most caring & helpful service we've ever received while traveling. The breakfast spread had everything we needed, along with omelettes available cooked to order. We so thoroughly enjoyed our private terrace from our room, but not sure how many rooms have that option. The front desk sending us a bottle of sparkling wine & snacks straight out to our terrace on our first night was frankly mind-blowing. We have never been treated like such special guests in any other hotel.

Room Tip: Try for one with a private terrace if available.

A lovely quiet spot of tranquility on the fringes of the city. Great pool, attentive staff, nice rooms and very homely, welcoming atmosphere. A 20 minute journey into central Rome via public transport or an hour if you’re walking, but there’s also options on your doorstep for food, drink and entertainment. We enjoyed relaxing on the terrace just as much as we did seeing the coliseum! Well recommended.

Room Tip: The room at the back of the hotel on the ground floor has its own mini-terrace, which is great for escaping the midday heat
