“We loved it!!”
Reviewed 2 January 2011

We have only great memories of this excellent hotel in Rome. Luisa, the owner, is such a friendly and kind person. She warmly received us, and my three kids just love her. She gave them coloring pages, markers, bought them pencils, chocolates...and we got fresh fruit in the room, flowers, slippers, L'Occitane products...The room was super clean, and fully renovated. The breakfast was delicious. Thanks Luisa for everything, we will be back (we threw so many coins at la Fontana di Trevi)!!

We stayed here for a mix of business and vacation. The hotel was just a short walk to a major bus line and the Policlinico metro stop, so getting around was simple and fast.

The staff are incredibly friendly and the owner even drove us to the train station on our way home herself rather than call a taxi. The room was clean, well appointed, and comfortable.

The breakfast that is included is absolutely first rate. It's all cold but it was the best Hotel food I have ever eaten.

The only thing that was less than perfect is that they are still working on the upper floor, and the restaurant they're building in the basement. Out room had only just been finished and still needed a bit of trim work to be 100%. I suspect that work will be done by the time you read this, and it reallty wasn't bad, I just would have given 5 stars if they had been done with the construction.

We arrived late in the night but Luisa and her husband were already waiting for us. They welcomed us with a big, warm smile and helped us with the luggages up the steps.
We were given rooms from the 1st to the 3rd floor (we had booked for 9 bedrooms).
After settling us down, she prepared hot drinks as well as delicious bioscotti, prepared by a nearby bakery.
Before we retired for the day, Luisa asked us if we may have any special request for next morning's breakfast.
Rooms were spacious, clean and the beds were comfortable.
It was a well-rested night of rest, greeted with freshly-squeezed orange juice, pastry as well as eggs - personally prepared by Luisa, based on your preference.
Though it was only a one-night stay, we felt like we were home, away from home.

The sign, of the hotel, is abit too small and you may miss it while driving along the road.
Other than that, would recommend Pam Gallery as your accomodation of choice when in Rome.

My husband and I visited The Palm Gallery Hotel last June and were beyond impressed with Luisa and her staff! In every way, they went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and that we had everything we needed. It was like we were part of her family when Luisa welcomed us into her home. Daniel and Ahmed were always kind and helpful. The room was clean, good sized, and beautifully decorated. Great value for an unforgettable stay. We can't wait to return!!!
"Nomentana!" :)

Great boutique hotel in a location that's close enough but far enough from the heart of the city. Comfortable rooms and an incredibly helpful owner and staff made the sightseeing and dining options very rewarding. Great value for money in one of the worlds great cities. We'll definitely stay there again.

Luisa, who is the owner and her staff made our stay very enjoyable indeed. From the first email contact to the 'goodbye' after breakfast on the 5th day she ensured care without being 'over-powering'. We had a re-affirmation email shortly before we left from home and were offered lift arrangements. The room was the smallest in the hotel (as booked) and yet the facilities were very good including fresh fruit and a bowl of sweets. We slept well, the shower had warm water straight-away with good pressure and high-quality toiletries were provided. There is a small lounge/reading room that we could use and feel welcome within.
The buffet breakfast was as full as one would wish, a great deal of choice, including freshly- squeezed orange juice. There were also daily newspapers in 4 different languages. There were photo-copied maps to hand that we could take and advice on various sites to see. There was the free use of their WIFI. The restaurant list/map had been personally reviewed and those restaurants we sampled were varied and good. Daniel offered too to make reservations if required. On the last day they offered to look after our luggage until the evening flight.
