Loved it. Convenient and spotless. Proprietor Lucca could not have made one feel more welcome or been more kind.

Excellent location, great room, topped off by the care and commitment of Luca. He offered great advice on restaurants, sites etc. Luca helped us out with a tour we had booked from Canada.
The room was extremely comfortable, modern and clean. Included was a small fridge.
Only criticism - Luca sent us to Bar Ottaviani for the included breakfast - the owner (?) there was rude - begrudged providing us breakfast. We did bring this to Luca's attention.

Room Tip: Ask Luca!

I stayed at lucas B&B in late april. Its was one of the best stays of the trip luca was very helpful and was just a wonderful host. He was more then wiling to help my brother and I out with anything we needed. I highly recommend the Rome Armony Suites to any one who wants to stay in Rome. The Rome Armony Suites is very close to the shops with many wonderful restaurants near by , only 10 minute walk from the station and near the vatican. The rooms were very clean and very quiet in a safe neighborhood. GREAT STAY

Thank you Luca

After arriving at the airport -- Luca arranged for a driver to pick us up and deliver us to his B&B. It was amazing!! Right by the Vatican with a beautiful downtown street overlook. There is truly no one like Luca. He arranged for us to have a private walking tour of Rome with his friend Jim. Excellent -- Excellent -- Excellent !! I never imagined with only 1 1/2 days in Rome that we could truly feel like we had seen and experienced the city, but we did. Luca said that he wanted us to leave Loving his city and that was certainly the case. I would recommend Rome Armony Suites to anyone. You will not be dissappointed.

This was our third trip to Rome and it's the first time we've eaten well there... thanks to inside info from Luca. When you arrive he makes sure you have all the information you need to plan your visit. As a fellow foodie he gave us restaurant recommendations and we were not disappointed!
Our bed was very comfortable with crisp cotton sheets and the bathrooms had fluffy white towels. There was a problem with our shower on the first morning which I mentioned to Luca and it was repaired before we used the shower again. It's in a great location and in a reasonably quiet street. The only things we didn't like were the fact that our room was the one by reception/the entrance and the sound proofing isn't great. Our room was also at the back so it was a bit dark and had a view of an internal communal courtyard. Also the men in the cafe down the street where you have breakfast aren't very friendly!
Luca is not your typical Italian (brusque!)...he's lovely! He's chatty and helpful - he booked us restaurant tables and a taxi to the airport, he showed us places to visit and things to do during our stay and, as we didn't have our own, he lent us guidebooks - the only other Italian we met who was as friendly was a waitress at the excellent Raf restaurant just across the road (another good reason to choose to stay here!)

Room Tip: We would have preferred a room at the front.

Myself and my partner visited Rome over the Royal Wedding bank holiday to make the most of the additional time off and stayed for 4 nights. I found Rome Armony on Tripadvisor as I always come on here to take recommendations and found this was number 1 for B&Bs in Rome. I emailed Luca directly and booked the Coliseum suite for the 5 days we were there. Prior to our trip, Luca was extremely helpful giving me advice on how to get football tickets etc. The weekend we went was also the weekend of the Beatification of John Paul II and even though I'm sure he could have raised the prices for the rooms (being that they are 5 minutes away from the Vatican), we were charged the normal rates.
Upon arrival Luca gave us a map and loads of tips on where to go and what to see etc. We found this knowledge invaluable and ate at some of the most amazing places which not only were true Italian restaurants with the best food, but also very reasonably priced. We ate at every one of his recommendations and went back to most more than once. He also gave us some great tips on where to get tickets etc to avoid queues which was really helpful.
The room we booked was huge and cleaned spotlessly every day. The location was perfect in my opinion and we managed to walk to all of the sights in Rome rather than get the metro or cab.
My partner wanted to see the Lazio/Juventus game and Luca took our passports and bought our tickets for us which was very kind. He also met us at the stadium and we sat with him and his son during the game. This was really nice of him as it wouldve been a bit daunting for us to have gone along on our own and not being able to speak the language.
Luca and his son were so kind to us and really made the trip that much more special. I would highly recommend anyone to stay here - you wont be disappointed :)
I would most definitely go back to Rome Armony and would love to see Luca and his son again

We were truly thankful that when we arrived in Rome after a delayed flight and the loss of our luggage that Luca was the one who would be our host. Actually, with all the delay, (over two hours) he still managed to have his driver waiting for us, which we set up ahead of time. When we got to the B & B, Luca's daughter Ludivica, was there with smiles for us. Later, when we met Luca, he was gracious. He shared so much information and gave us access to anything we needed to help make our travel run smooth. He was attentive and made us and our young daughter feel equally welcome in his beloved Rome. The breakfasts were abundant. We might add that we stayed in the property Luca was managing in addition to his owned porperty of Armony Suites on the floor above. It was new and beautiful, clean and well-maintained. He helped us call the airlines several times to be sure we received our luggage. He brought special muffins to our daughter one morning because she expressed how much she liked sweets. Through it all, Luca has a calm presence and a devotion to his guests. He has an obvious passion for this work and we believe he has answered a beautiful call to serve people. Before we departed, Luca mentioned that other B & B 's might have this or that, so he knows the difference is Luca. Whatever he ca ndo to make your stay more pleasant, he will do it. We also believe that appreciation goes both ways. It was not Luca's fault that our luggage was lost and we certainly wanted him to know that experience didn't take away from the truly mmagnificent time we had in Rome. We had a great meal at Tres Pupazzi nearby. The fettucini Tres Pupazzi was my favorite! Walking is very doable from here. Oh, and if you go because of our review, please tell Luca (Lerma and Ludovica, too) we sent you. We will go back someday as we have a friend in Rome. There is no one else like Luca!
