We booked a room at this B&B after reading the reviews on tripadvisor and were not disappointed. Our room was very spacious and clean, the wifi was free and worked well. The location was truly great, we could walk everywhere we wanted to go, but our room was nice and quiet. Close to the subway if you want to take a longer trip. Our host Andrea helped us with maps, directions and restaurants.

The only thing we missed was a better working fridge in our room. Otherwise there was nothing more we could have wished for!

This was my first time in Rome. I did pick this place due to the reviews that were discussed her on trip advisor. I must say that I was not disappointed! Luca was a very dedicated and caring person that wants nothing but your stay in Rome to be most memorable. He made my wife and I feel welcome from the first contact we made with him in Rome, even before we me him. He greets you at the door, proceeds to help in any way he can. The rooms are also the largest in four different places we stayed on our journey with the most updated amenities. Very clean and comfortable I must say. No noise at all heard from the street. His suggestions about particular not so touristy spots to partake in are a must!!! They bring Rome to life. Look no further for your needs in Rome. I would return her is ever in Rome again!!

We arrived at the B&B at 900pm after traveling for almost 22 hours. Luca, the owner, was at the B&B waiting for us. He took his time and explained everything that we needed to know. He even took us out to a pizzeria and bought us a bottle of wine. Luca does his best to make you feel like family. He is very outgoing and willing to share his knowledge with you. The room was clean and comfortable. It is located about a half mile from the Vatican and the subway. Getting around Rome was easy. I highly recommend the Armony Suites and would definitely stay there again in the future.

I don't plan to write a long review, because take it from me, the excellent reviews that have gone before this one are all true. In any event, there is really only one element to focus on when reviewing the Armony Suites - Luca. It is true that the rooms are stylish, clean and met all our requirements. The location was also ideal, but what you get at Armony is a man who loves Rome and who treats his guests as friends. Where else would your first greeting be, "you are my friend and while you are here, you will live like a Roman" and we did. Luca's recommendations for sightseeing and eating meant we mixed with locals, not just tourists. He invests so much time in helping you prepare for your day that you can be assured of an unforgettable experience. On top of all that when we experienced a problem that could have tarnished our stay in Rome, it was Luca to the rescue, helping out in a way no hotel would have reacted. In summary, this place is perfect.

If you have ever wished you had a friend or relative that could accommodate you in a foreign city, your wish has come true. Great location, great price, great rooms but above all LUCA - the owner that will great you upon your arrival, proceed to make you feel at home and then be discretely there throughout your stay with helpful information, tips, recommendations, etc. No big hotel here - a six room B&B where the owner will treat you like friends. Immaculately clean. Great beds. Great bathrooms. Great host. Look no further.

Room Tip: The superior deluxe room has a king bed with fabulous shower. Deluxe room is a queen bed that is sl...

I traveled with family (5 adults) and we rented 3 rooms in this hotel. Upon arrival the owner/manager treated us and wow! I have never met a more efficient, accommodating and nice person. He started our trip to Rome with a warm and wonderful greeting. We were led to our rooms which were so reasonably priced we were frankly a bit nervous about what type of rooms we might have. The rooms rival those in New York City that rent for $$$$, but were bigger! They are clean, no, sparkling clean, roomy and nicely appointed. The beds were heaven. After helping us to settle in the owner have us maps, told us the best and easiest way to traverse the city of Rome, when and where to go to the sights we wanted to see. His instructions were clear and concise and helped immensely to make our trip enjoyable. He also arranged for breakfast for us and dinner for the nights we were in Rome. And those restaurants were absolutely wonderful. This location, very near the Vatican, was safe and centrally located. I would stay here again and again. A truly wonderful place to stay. Thank you Lucca!

All the fantastic reviews are correct - Luca is a great host. We had 5 lovely nights there in May/June 2013.

Rooms - Very clean and modern. Also larger than I was expecting given the city centre location. Just what you need after a long day's sightseeing in Rome. Luca will happily discuss room options with you beforehand via email to make sure you get the one that's right for you. They are remarkably quiet - absolutely no street noise at all, which is amazing given it's city centre location.

Location - perfect location between the historic city centre and the Vatican. While it's not right in the middle of the tourist centre, it's only a 10 min walk to the heart of the city and means you can retreat from the busy city somewhere a little quieter to sleep. It's also just a minutes walk from where the SIT airport bus drops off/picks up so it couldn't be easier to transfer to/from the airport. You feel like you're staying in a "locals" part of the city rather a tourist trap. There are a few stalls selling fruit etc just outside the door and plenty of late opening shops should you need to pick up water etc on your way back.

Breakfast - breakfast is provided in a little bakery nearby called Browns. This is much nicer than having breakfast in a hotel as you get to eat with Romans rather than tourists. You get a traditional Roman start to the day.

Extras - It's often the little extras that make a place. Since we had a late flight and the room wasn't being used the next night, Luca let us use it for the full day of our departure...a little thing that hotels would charge extra for but Luca was more than happy to provide for us. We also had fresh bottles of water provided each day - very helpful in the hot weather.

Luca - The best part is Luca himself, who takes the time to talk you through the city and plan what you want to see (he spent a good 40 mins with us when we arrived talking through our itinerary to make sure we got the best out of our trip). He is determined to make sure you have a true Roman experience rather than just being a regular tourist. He is also great at restaurant recommendations - even if you don't have time to return to the B&B before eating, we sent a quick email with details of where we were looking to eat and he would reply with his suggestion. We were planning on going to Pompeii for the day but listened to Luca's advice and went to Ostia Antica instead, and we were very glad we did.

We had a great holiday in Rome Luca's bed and breakfast was a fantastic place to stay. There is a reason he is so highly rated on Tripadvisor....go ahead and book now! We would definitely stay there again and recommend him to others.

Room Tip: All the rooms looked great - there are only a handful so can't go wrong. We were in the Trevi Fo...
