Here's the deal... if you are in and out, and you don't need any help, its fine. The hotel looks good. In particular, I actually loved the decor. I was pretty happy when I first saw it. Good a good deal on priceline, so I was thinking i scored. I should have known there was a problem right off the bat. Upon check in I was told we could not have 2 keys. There were 2 of us travelling together and it makes sense that we'd want to split up. They said hotel policy is only for 1 key per room. Who does that?? Looks can be deceiving. The sink leaked. The A/C didn't work that well and the beds are rock hard. We were told INCORRECT facts about places to visit and ultimately cost us about an hour extra on 2 different occassions. That's just wrong, as that is their business. Hospitality is all you have. One of the things that really got me was the attitude. Its horrible. They honestly don't care about you and what you may be going through. Its rediculous. If you need help, they are uncaring. We were told there was no place near to wash our clothes, only to stumble upon 2 after it was too late. Upon check out, we were rushed, and as a result, we were forced to pack wet clothes that I had washed in the sink and attempted to dry all night.
There were all sorts of quirks about how this place is run. They either have bad help or bad management that forces the good help to leave. Not clear on which it is. One day they didn't clean our room until 5 pm. Yet... they had to rush us out the door at 11:30 am.
The wi fi sucks! Everywhere in the hotel! Its practically unusable.
The only reason I'm giving it a 2 star is becuase I got a solid deal on priceline. If I had paid full price, I might have called the police over it.
Anyone who writes a high praise review of this place either came in and had no requests to make of the staff, or they have very low standards. Know what you're getting into and perhaps it will be ok for you.
