“Excellent B&B”
Reviewed 20 September 2011

Exceptionally clean B&B!! We had no trouble finding the place, conveniently located near the Metro station. We had booked 2 rooms, both were really nice, clean and looked newly renovated.
Felice was there during the check in, and every morning with the breakfast.
I had to call him twice by phone just after the check-in, first call was for the hot water, he had forgotten to switch on the main switch , second call was for the TV remote control which he had forgotten to pass to us.
Good idea to get all these sorted out during check-in, also get the password for the free wireless internet if you intend to use it.
The bathrooms were clean, shower area a bit on the small size. Towels and toiletries provided. Overall we were very happy with our stay there

We stayed there four nights and enjoyed every hour. Felice were unusually friendly and rooms were clean. It was perfectly located, as we walked all over Rome from the hotel.
No noise and the greatest is that you will feel at home. Felice and his wife Adrianna are very friendly, cheerful and careing. We liked them and we promise to be lodging in there Rooms when ever we visit Rome

What an amazing B&B! It;s only a short walk from Termini station and was a little tricky to find as it is not sign posted- there is a list of tenants on street level of the building and a buzzer to ring (given time of evening). We received such a warm welcome by Felice and Adriana and it was no problem that we arrived a little later in the evening than expected.

This great value B&B is only small (3 rooms?) but they are spacious, spotless and modern. Our room had a tv, bar fridge incl. mini bar, coffee making faciliites incl. Nespresso machine and air conditioning. The bathroom was a decent size, although the shower was a bit on the small size and may be a little uncomfortable if you were a bigger person. There was an extendable clothes line in the bathroom also- which was great given that we were on a long trip and needed to do some hand washing. Our room faced the street but the double glazed windows blocked out all traffiic noise. The decor throughout was very pleasing on the eye - modern but with a splash of colour (each room has a different scheme) that sets it apart from the sterility of much contemporary accommodation.

Breakfast is bought to your room (there's no communal dining area) and we were given a choice of a traditional roman breakfast or something more western. We chose the traditional roman which consisted of 4 sizable pastries, fruit juice, coffee and a little packet of biscuits/cookies which we took with us to snack on during the day.

The B&B is in a great location, 15min walk from the Colosseum and Roman Forum, and easily walkable to the other major sights. There is a metro station less than 100m down the road which we used to get to the Vatican City.

The only addition I would suggest would be some international news channels on the television.

You only need to read other reviews to realise this is truely a wonderful place to stay and I would thoroughly recommend it to others. Felice and Adriana have done a fantastic job of making their B&B warm, friendly and great value- we'll be back!

Sensational place to stay! Felice is a wonderful host, and a tea lover! He supplied tea and coffee making facilities in the room, then only place in our Italian stay to do so. The B&B is a very convenient location from the station & town centre. Room was very clean & comfortable.

My husband & I booked a room at this B&B, and my brother & his fiance booked a room for the same night. Our rooms were QUITE large by Rome standards, really pretty and spotlessly clean, and I felt the price per room was very reasonable. The owners, Felice & Adriana, were friendly, kind and accommodating. The B&B is close to Termini for convenience, yet the street was charming and close to Basilica di Santa Maria Maggiore. I can't recommend it enough.

Grazie mille Felice & Adriana.

My husband and I traveled to Rome for vacation in March 2011 to a) run the Rome Marathon (husband) and b)fulfill a lifelong dream as a third-generation Italian-American to travel to Italy (me). We had planned to stay at the Bluehostel (in the same building as Adriana e Felica, http://www.bluehostel.it/), but they contacted us a few weeks before the trip and said that, because there was a problem with our room, they could offer us a room at Adriana e Felice for a great deal (580 Euros for 6 nights plus breakfast!). The price was right -- and the apartment-style living was even better! It turned out to be a wonderful place for us for our week in Rome.

Several times over the course of the week, we turned to each other and commented on how much we loved where we were staying -- Felice would bring us cappuccinos (we've been daydreaming about them ever since we left!) and fresh pastries and rolls every morning (and loose-leaf tea and cookies in the afternoon), we were a convenient 5-to-10 minute walk to both the Termini and Vittorio Emmanuele subway stops), the rooms were cozy, charming and clean (recently renovated too), and Felice and his wife were warm and inviting! (There's also free wifi in the rooms).

At one point, Felice told us that he and his wife, Adriana, had designed the B&B to feel like a "home away from home." I would say that they have succeeded! We would recommend this to friends -- and we would certainly stay again if we have the opportunity to travel to Rome in the future!
