Clean and quiet, the location is wonderful. Hotel staff are very helpful. We were a little concerned about being so close to Piazza Navona but the hotel is on a small side street about a block away from the hustle and bustle.

Room Tip: Try to get a room away from the lobby.

Dear Sir and Madam,

Thank you for posting your wonderful experience in our hotel. As many people may think that our hotel is not in a noisy Street despite being located in the historical centre, our Street is a small side Street away from the chaos of the city.

we look forward to meeting you in another occassion.

A lovely city hotel with character. Situated in a quiet street, it is in a fantastic location where the Piazza Navona and many other attractions are only a couple of minutes walk away. You might expect the rooms to be noisy at night since the hotel is in such a central area, however we were surprised by how quiet it was. This was of course helped by the fact that the rooms are air conditioned, so there is no need to open the windows. Our rooms were clean, bright and had high ceilings- not luxurious but very comfortable and spacious. The staff were all the friendly and were ready to assist with any need or enquiry; they also spoke excellent English. Breakfast was very satisfying, although some healthier options may have been appreciated. Overall, we had a delightful stay and would be keen to return to the Hotel Navona- it is a hotel that we would highly recommend.

Room Tip: Rooms on higher floors with views of the street seem to be lighter and more appealing

Dear Duncan,
We have no words to express our deep appreciation for posting us such encouraging and positive review on our hotel. We are also glad you enjoyed our hotel , the rooms, the staff and the location. This is what makes us happy and gives us more energy for our day-to-day work.
All our rooms have double glazed windows made to avoid any noisy even being on the street side in the center of Rome. Our breakfast gives you many choices , if you can give us more of your advice that will be highly appreciated.
We look forward to accommodation you again in another occasion.
Our best wishes

We were a family of four and had asked for an early check in. Our rooms were in 4th floor, we were given two rooms with a common entrance door. The rooms were small but clean. We didnt have a lot of luggage, it would be a problem to store them if you have a lot of luggage. The location is the highlight, it is a mere 700 feet from Pantheon and about the same to Piazza navona. The colosseum, trevi and spanish steps are all walkable. We did walk from Vatican museum to the hotel with a couple of stops for gelato. There was a small pizza place on the way to pantheon, they had excellent pizza and was very cheap. We did store our luggage on the day of departure and there was no problems. Overall a great value for money in Rome for that location.

Dear Guest, thank you for your review, we really appreciate each of your words posted on this website. The rooms we gave you were family suites with 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms, more comfortable for families with grown kids. Our building is historical, located in the best position of the city, which allowed you to walk everywhere.
As you said, our aim is to give our clients a reasonable price with a good quality service.
We look forward to meeting you in another occasion.

Kind regards

This is a nice clean quiet hotel in a great location for all of the historical sites and close to two lively plazas. Customer service was great. I would recommend this hotel to friends who are traveling. Please be aware that breakfast is not included in the price (my mistake, it is clearly stated on the website) and it is not worth the 10 Euro price.

Dear Customer,
First of all we wish to thank you for your nice words on describing our hotel , we wished you had a 100% satisfactory service in our hotel this is why we work hard every day to make our customer’s stay memorable. Our breakfast has an extra cost, it has different varieties, and sorry you did not like it. Considering our nearby competitor hotels, the price we are giving for it is very reasonable; however, we definitely take your advice in consideration for improving the service.
We advise you to check our official website, which has the best web rate.
We look forward to have you again in our hotel.
Kind regards

We have just arrived back from a three day stay at Hotel Navona and had a wonderful time staying at this hotel. Like most people's comments, the location is fantastic, you are litteraly on the door step of many famous landmarks and an abundance of Piazzas to chose from. For a two star hotel it had a very authentic individual Italian style, which was very charming. Can't remember the last time a porter actually took my suitcase to the room! The staff were very helpful, friendly and sincere. Our room was lovely and clean (with cleaning every day, fresh towels etc). Breakfast was simple but very enjoyable. Only down side (and not a big deal) was the breakfast room was quite small, so you ended up sharing a table with fellow travellers, however, the service was with a smile and there was plenty to choose and eat. The coffee was so good, I asked to see what it was so I could buy some to take home. The waiter checked with management if he could give me a jar from the kitchen - which he did. Although I expected to pay for this when checking out, the manager at the desk insisted that I take it free of charge. Also checking out we were given a complimentary shopping bag with chocolates and a discount voucher for the next time we book at any of their hotels. We would return to this hotel again and again and would recommend others to stay here. Great value, lovely staff, fantastic location, nice clean rooms, good breakfast included - what's not to love!! A*

Dear Ingrid,
in the name of all our staff members we wish to thank you for spending such wonderful and heartbreaking words on our hotel and the staff, we are very glad that your stay in our hotel was perfect, this gives us more energy every day to improve and satisfy more and more our clients.
Even if our building dates 1st century AD and many of its parts cannot be modified we have been doing our best to make the interior rooms more comfortable and accommodating, this work has not been completed , we are still planning to improve it again. When guests like you appreciate its exterior fashion and the interior design our dreams become realty. It is not easy to run such a historical place giving a hotel service in it as there are many contradictions against the modern world, among those it is the problem of space. As you mentioned our breakfast room is small even if it gives you a charm to meet people and chat, we wish we could break some of the walls and enlarge it however this remains our dream.
Come and visit us again , check our official website always there are always special packages.
We wish you all the best and look forward to hear from you in another occasion.

Kind regards

This hotel met expectations as far as the accommodation and the price we paid for it, but it truly cannot be beat for it's location. If you are a first time visitor to Rome, this hotel is within a 20-25 minute (max) walk from the sights that are most likely on your list to visit. Piazza Navona and the Pantheon are literally a gelato's throw from the hotel's entrance. We were received by very friendly reception and given helpful maps to orient ourselves. The gentlemen who helped with luggage (as there are quite a few stairs) were swift and very upbeat, which anyone can appreciate after a long journey. The room was clean and made up promptly every day during our stay; television, air conditioning and hair dryer all in working order. Bathroom linens were replaced every day. Due to a leg injury, we did have to take a taxi on a few occasions to get to St. Peter's Square. I appreciated the front desk's assistance in calling a cab for us, as there was always a taxi that arrived within seconds of us having descended to the street level. I appreciated the short wait time. They also assisted us in reserving transportation to take us back to the airport, and the taxi did show up promptly. We skipped the hotel's breakfast but it looked like it may have been worth the money if you like a large spread before a long day of touristing ahead of you. I know I will be returning to Rome soon (I threw double the change into the Trevi Fountain this time...so that's a guaranteed return, right?) and I will not be considering any other accommodation than Hotel Navona.

Hotel was steps away from the Pantheon and Navona Square, plenty of restaurants and surrounded by old architecture. Breakfast in the morning was good, room and bathroom were good size and clean. View was not wonderful but there was so much around that it was fine. Only complaint is that we had to sit outside our room to get a good wifi signal. Far from the nearest metro station so take a cab if you can afford it. One piece of advice, we took the train from the airport to Roma Termini and the cabs there wanted to charge us 40 euros so better to walk a little bit away and find a cab on the street; our cab ride back to the station cost us 14 euros.

Room Tip: Area is not super loud since its on a side street so no need to ask for a quiet room, they'll ju...

Dear
We wish to thank you for dedicating your time in writing this review. We are glad you have enjoyed your stay in our hotel. Being a very historical building some modern things like the wifi may not work 100% due to the thick walls surrounding the building, however we are planning to reinforce the system so that guests could get a very high signal in the rooms.
We always advise our guest to order a cab/ transfer services through the hotel to avoid any rip off.
Kind regards
