I absolutely loved dealing with Silvia! From my first email (and there were many, months before our visit) to the day we met Silvia in Rome, Silvia was very helpful in organizing our Rome visit. Our family of four did 4 private tours with this company. Three tours were with Silvia. An orientation tour on our arrival day which was very informative and helped us set up what we wanted to do with our time in Rome. The second day we did Ancient Rome tour which included the Colosseum, Forum, Palatine. The third day my family did a bike tour on the Appian Way. Our final day we did the Vatican tour with Dino which was so informative ! Dino was fantastic! We were late arriving to the Vatican (on the wrong city bus) and Dino patiently assured me by cell phone that it was okay. I was very relieved after being 1 1/2 hours late that we were able to get in! If you are planning to visit any of these sites in Rome, I strongly advise you to choose this company. The information I received from Silvia while planning our visit to Rome was invaluable!

Silvia Prosperi met us at our hotel and we then we walked down to the Forum and Colosseum for a very interesting and personal tour. She surprised us by taking us up in the elevator to the top of the War Memorial (Wedding Cake) for excellent views of the city. She carried a tablet that had depictions of what things looked like in ancient times - really added perspective to the tour. She loves her work and her passion for the history is very evident. She is patient and answered any questions we had. No problems with this service at all - use them. Our 4 hours flew by because it was so interesting.

We were two families travelling from Australia, on our first trip to Italy. Silvia had been recommended before we left and we booked two tours with her, the Colosseum and the Vatican. Silvia was very engaging and knowledgeable and was able to impart her knowledge on the children and adults alike. She asked us what we already knew and tailored her information to complement our exisiting knowledge. We all felt that our experience would have been nowhere near as wonderful had Silvia not been involved and we missed her on our further travels!
