There are two things that you should know before chosing this hotel. 1. It is out of the Rome city and it is meant mostly for businnes stays. 2. Specify the location of your room in advance. Rooms heading to the busy street in fornt are very noisy during the night.
We spent only one night in this hotel and decided to change after that due to the noise and no availabilty for changing our rooms. On the other side, the stuff was very sorry and handled the situation proffesionally, so no complains here.

There are two separate building associated with this Hotel. I would recommend you read the other reviews that talk about this. I had a long business stay at this hotel and it was a great location for me and the staff was very friendly (and speak English). I stayed in the newest building and I would recommend that you request the new building when staying. The room was nice and accommodating and had everything I needed. My room did not face the main street which gets very busy early in the morning so the noise was not bad for me. The breakfast was very good every morning. I got a good price on the room and I would stay here again. I don't think this location would be good for going on vacation to Rome. This location is in more of a business industrial type of area.

Room Tip: Ask for the new building facing away from the main road.

Nice place. Rooms are quite stylish (loved the leather chair in mine) as are the public areas of the hotel. I haven't seen all their rooms but I thought mine was a little on the small side but still good enough. The room had a balcony complete with sit-out furniture. The staff are helpful and nice. Affiliated restaurant (right next to but not in the hotel) Re Basilico is actually quite good. The in-house bar and café is somewhat limited although the seating (indoor and outdoor) is pleasant.
The only issue is the distance from the center of Rome i.e. 45 minutes and requiring a change (bus to metro). The bus stop is just opposite the hotel and the frequency is adequate. You'll need to take the bus to the nearest metro Rebibia which is the last stop on the Laurentina-Rebibia line. Amenities near the hotel are somewhat minimal but there are a some choices of pizzerias / trattorias and bars within walking distance.
Overall: Recommended for relatively good value for money. Definitely above average.

From start to finish I totally enjoyed the OC HOTEL. Upon arrival the staff was professional and very knowledgeable. Being new to the area, I had many questions and they responded respectfully and accurately to each inquiry. My room was clean, comfortable and restful. My breakfast was a delicious blend of my favorite healthy food made fresh for me. The price was well worth all that I received. It is my pleasure to recommend this new OC HOTEL to all of my colleagues, friends and family members who will be traveling to ROME, ITALY and surrounding areas. Staff speaks perfect English, which was very comforting and the hotel makes sure that every travel question is attended to in a timely manner. Have not found another hotel in any surrounding region of Italy that has the amenities and comfortable, clean furnishings in their rooms and the high caliber of professional staff ready and willing to assist. What an awesome place ! Cannot wait until my next trip to come and visit once more since this place has now become my home away from home... what a delightful place to visit.

Room Tip: my room was very well appointed and comfortable. If you should need something that you may have for...

I've spent 3 nights close to Tiburtina area in Roma and this was not my first visit to Roma. I've discovered OC Hotel for the first time because of business policy. I appreciated the location, the look of the building, the way it was designed inside and clean. Staff was professional and they solved a problem with the air condition, issue I had in my room for a night. I'm with some handicap but they could assign me a room which helped me to survive there alone. Well.. the bathroom solutions for handicap where not smart at all..I considered the chance to get a normal room, cause was more easy to access in the bathroom, than mine. When you leave the hotel you need to take the car to move anywhere.. so is not for nice walks and romantic steps :)

Room Tip: my room 110 was very noisy cause is very close to a street with high traffic.. at every hour. Bed wa...

Great hotel. Free breakfast buffet, free parking and free wifi. Access to Rome is fairly easy (takes about 40mins) by bus 40/41 or 43 and then the train. Staff is friendly, and rooms are very nice (we stayed at the building where front desk is located). The mini fridge and AC is controlled by the front desk, so when we complained about the temperature of the room they crancked up the AC for us. They also turned on the mini fridge for us so we could get our water cold. Breakfast buffet was awesome!! Great cappuccinos!! The restaurant next door is really good, and the front desk has coupons for it.
Overall.. Petty awesome!

OMG!! Where do I start? Ok, lets start withe pros and cons

Cons: The hotel is far from the city, you must take a bus and then train A and B. They dont have irons or ironing boards, the rooms are extremely small, the rooms are hot as hell and it dont matter how much you complain to the desk they will keep it at 26c. Some of the staff members have great customer service, but some of them do not speak English well and are rude. The hotel is located in a industrial area and there is absolutely nothing to see or places to eat nearby. The hotel has a restaurant next to it, but it is expensive and since there is nothing around you have to there or eat in the city before to get to the hotel. You will pay 70 Euros from FCO to the hotel.

Pros: It is a clean hotel. The breakfast is very good.

Room Tip: If you are in a business trip, maybe this is ok for you, but if you are on vacation, do NOT use this...
