I was offered this hotel as a substitute as the hotel I initially booked was overbooked.
I was offered this place. Since it was quite late I had ti take it.
I would say it is awfull. It heavily needs repairs and cleaning.
I suggest to avoid it.
The staff is very rude. Then a visitor came to see me they had not let him in asking for extra money.
It's awful. I haven't met such attitude for a ling time

Room Tip: Avoid it I had a room on 3 floor. Many doors were broken.

Very good location close to Venice Square, friendly staff, rooms are quite and small which is very typical for the old city places. Good for short stays as you spend no extra time for traffic. Service is good. Wireless works fine in case you need it

Overall acceptable. Stayed here one night before a cruise. Springs on bed worn down, didn't sleep well. Light in one room didn't work, everything else worked. Room was clean and unusually large for a European hotel. Breakfast was good. Price OK.

2 guys told me at the reception that "taxi" was the only way to go back to the airport early morning at 5am. The taxi price was 65 euros according to the hotel...
I found 3 bus Cie living Termini station (5mn from the hotel) starting 4h30 every morning. The price was 4 euros in a very comfortable conditions. Furthermore, after questioning people outside the hotel, a normal taxi price from the airport is ~ 40 euros...
Conclusion : Talking about services price : Don't trust people at this hotel.

Rooms on the street : very nice view but extremely noisy.

This hotel is in the perfect location for sightseeing. The hotel is within walking distance to all the major attractions.

As for the hotel itself, I wouldn't rate it as a four star, I don't know if we were just unlucky but our room was tiny, and actually felt quite claustrophobic to be in. The room was also very warm most of the time, particularly at night, but we could not open the window because it was too noisy outside.

The breakfast was not great, on average we went for breakfast at about 9, the bread was always stale. Croissants and pastries were all gone. Also the only fruit available was apples and tangerines, which looked like they had been sitting there a while.

A couple of the hotel staff were helpful , but I didn't feel that any of them went out of their way to make us welcome.

A hotel so well situated for all the main attractions, walk to themall from here and on a direct bus route to the Vatican. A breakfast that belied the statement of a continental breakfast. Omelette, Cooked Ham, Four types of italian meats, Cheese, boiled eggs, cut bread and rolls. Fruit salad and a pattiserie section to die for. The room was so spacious if a little tired. Rome is truly the eternal city but the rooms away from the front are a little quieter. A friendly and helpful staff.

We stayed here for 2 days. excellent location close to the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, Emmanuel Monument, the pantheon, the Roman Forum etc.The breakfast was great with hot chocolate, coffee, tea, breads, cheeses, meats and yogurts. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Lots of restaurants close by but it is a busy area with lots of traffic.
