Average hotel. Poor breakfast, but clean and quite. Very well located near piazza del popollo and the beginning of via del Corso. It's a good choice for everyone who wants a budget hotel near sightseeing.

We just spent a few days at this hotel for Christmas and the location worked well for us. We attended Christmas Eve mass at the Vatican and we were able to walk there and back (about 20 minutes each way) with no problem. This was very helpful since public transportation at that time was a almost non existent. The hotel itself was average. While comfortable, it is in need of some updating...carpets, drapes etc. The staff was helpful and friendly and spoke English well. The breakfast was pretty good with a little something for everyone, but as others have mentioned..skip the scrambled eggs. There is a self service coffee machine for your cappuccino or espresso during breakfast as well. Our room was a pretty good size as was the bathroom. There was a mini bar in the room as well, which allowed us to keep treats cold. We also liked the fact that we could get to this hotel without use of a taxi from Termini. We only had one bag each, so if you are traveling with more it may not be as easy. The hotel is in a quiet location, yet it is close to lots of shopping and places to eat. Overall enjoyed our stay.

Good hotel with a location that suits touring the sites in room by walking or taking the Metro. Breakfast buffet was good and well maintained through to the end of the meal. The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood providing excellent sleep!

Although the service is friendly in general, and the staff are well trained, the hotel is in very poor shape. The walls and carpets are dirty, the curtains were ripped and the old power sockets burned a charger of ours.

Overall, the rooms need a good cleaning, a coat of paint , lots of maintenance and overall update. If you are traveling for pleasure perhaps find somewhere else.

We had 4 nights in the hotel, and we have only good words. It's highly recommended!
A very nice hotel, pleasant, comfortable, clean, good breakfast. The location is great, close to Via del Corso. Friendly staff. I definitely will go back there.

Very good experience from the start. Lovely friendly welcome even though we arrived before normal check-in. That set the tone for a very enjoyable stay. Lovely staff in very nice location within walking distance of Vatican and the main shopping area.

It was in a great location, easy to walk anywhere in Rome with great resturants nearby. The morning buffet was nice with a good selection. Skip the scrambled eggs, I"m not sure what they are made from but undercooked and nasty. Fortunately there is plenty of other interesting things to choose from. Hotel staff spoke very good english and were very helpful.
Rooms were nice, nothing fancy but clean.
