The staff were very friendly and helpful. It's situated right in the middle of everything and only a short walking distance to some famous locations. The food was average. The room was of a good size and clean

Great location. Very close to all the attractions, shopping and great food.
Bathrooms are small, good facilities to hang washing but nothing to iron with which is common throughout EU. Just ask if you really need to iron.
Breakfast is simple and the staff are friendly.
Surprisingly quite for a hotel on a main road.

Room Tip: Don't get one with a balcony as they are shared and can be noisy at night.

The hotel is in a great location, on the crossroads between Piazza Navona and the Trevi Fountain in one direction and Piazza del Popolo and Piazza Venecia in the other. The room we had however had a view of a brick wall and the shower position and small screen meant it flooded the bathroom when used. The air conditioning was also quite noisy. Breakfast was sufficient, having to pay extra for cooked items, but the breakfast room was small and often crowded. Staff were friendly and efficient but it is definitely no better than its 3 star rating.

Room Tip: They seem to have some rooms with terraces but don't know if they charge extra.

Stayed 2 nights in September. The hotel was perfect for our needs & met all our expectations. It is small, very friendly, clean & comfortable. You couldn't ask for a better location for day or night time. Our room was overlooking Via del Corsa so bit noisy but an amazing view & we were there for the atmosphere of Rome (room132). There is a safe in the room at no extra cost to leave your valuables in. There is a hair dryer in the bathroom - not sure the details tell you that. Staff very helpful. No cooked breakfast if you like that but plenty for us - cereals, bread, ham, cheeses, toast etc. Would def stay there again!

Room Tip: If you want a quiet room ask for a room not overlooking Via del Corsa.

We stayed here in May for 3 nights and walked to literally all the sights from this hotel. We had a room with a private balcony which we enjoyed with a glass of wine and some bruschetta. The room was small but clean. Breakfast was ok, but most importantly the location was fantastic. We caught a train to Rome and it was less than 10 Euros for a taxi from the station.
To visit Vatican City we caught a bus from a stop only a few metres from our hotel entrance. It was only a few minutes walk to the Trevi Fountain - a daily visit and highlight. Turn right from the hotel and you could see the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier and then only a few minutes more walking to get to the Colosseum. We turned left out of our hotel and left into the laneway which had one of the best restaurants where you paid about 13 Euro for a 3 course meal.

Room Tip: Request a Balcony room - we hadn't but were lucky enough to have been given one.
