My husband and I stayed here for our first wedding anniversary from 15th May for 4 nights. The hotel is in a great location for all main attractions. The hotel staff where friendly and recommended some lovely restaurants. We did not have too much trouble at breakfast but did not go down till about 9am, the selection was as good as other hotels we have stayed in. We did take own own travel kettle due to other reviewers advising no facilities in the rooms. We would stay here again if in time and would recommend.

Have visited Rome a dozen times and from now on we will only be staying at Hotel Regno. Last was for our honeymoon and we stayed at Hotel Regno. Amazing room (penthouse with a wrap around balcony) which they upgraded us to for our honeymoon celebration. Wonderful staff. Perfect location. Not a bad thing to say. Will definitely be returning.

This hotel is in a perfect location, in the centre of all the main attractions. Lobby and hallways all look better than 3 star but my room on the third floor was just bigger than the bed and very noisy both from outside noise and toilet etc from the floor above. When flushed it sounds like it is in your room. Walls had grubby marks on both sides of the bed, probaby because you have to rub against the wall to get out of bed. Breakfast is average but the room is too small for all guests and is packed - not relaxing. But it is a three star hotel so need to take all that in to account. It is however an average three star, have been in much better. But will be back again purely because of location.

Stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. The staff were helpful and friendly. We had a triple bedded room and it was very roomy. We had a balcony that loooked out over the main street The location was ideal and we were able to walk to all the main attractions in the city.
As in previous reviews we did encounter problems at breakfast as regards to available tables but this was only on our last day.

had the pleasure of staying here during the week of the canonisation. Rome was very busy.

Room clean and comfortable. not high end but everything you need. Breakfast very basic but that is no problem. tea and coffee facility would have been nice but that's me liking coffee on waking.

Staff really cant do enough for you. The reception staff especially Giuseppe were so helpful. even loaning me his own phone charger as I had forgotten mine.

Our trip including transfer was booked via British Airways. on calling to confirm return our transfer the company knew nothing of us. Whilst we went on our pre booked tours the reception staff, faxed over copies of our booking, made numerous calls to the company. Although we were unable to get any joy from the pre-booked company. The hotel organised a taxi, at a fixed rate of 48 euros. they told the driver that we would need a written receipt to claim our money back.
They were great at giving advice for food and places to see.

The location is so . we walked to all the major sites except the Vatican , but it was a 10 min walk to the metro stop. would defiantly go back. and as I threw a coin in the Trevi fountain across the street from the hotel I know I shall

The location of this hotel is perfect; in the middle of Rome. You can walk to all interesting things to see in Rome. The room was very clean. The wifi didn't work very well at our room all the time. Breakfast was good and sufficient; only on Sunday the buns were already finished at 9.00 o'clock while you can have breakfast until 10.00 o'clock. Fortunately there was other bread which was tasty as well.
Kind staff.

Room Tip: Our room was on the 6th floor and we experienced no noise at all.

We stayed in this hotel 6 days before our cruise and looked forward to coming back for the last 2 days. All you have to do is walk out the hotel and most major sites are easily reached( "Wedding Cake", Roman Ruins,The Colliseum,Trivi Fountain, the Spanish Steps with every womans dream shopping!). The hotel appears small upon entering the lobby but the rooms have high ceilings, lots of space, nicely decorated with a balcony over looking parts of the city, what else could you want! We could not say enough about the staff who went out their way to see we had a great stay. Also the hotel arranged all our transport to/from airport and also to/from ship at the best rates and great drivers. Will be back again here and must add we had no problem paying by VISA.

Room Tip: 3rd floor front balcony, when you want quiet close the window and darker close shutters
