What a great hotel, they couldn't do enough for you the hotel is beautiful the staff are great and the food is excellent and the portions are massive. The hotel is close to the terminal and the metro is just a few yard away.

We stayed at Hotel Napoleon four nights in March.Location is great, very close to Termini station. Hotel is very nice and clean, rooms are spacious with big bathroom. We were courtesy upgraded to a larger room (very nice ) They offer free Wi-Fi thats a plus.Breakfast is good with many choices hot and cold, but also many good places to eat close to hotel. Excellent staff , especially Francesco that truely went out of his way to assist us with all the transportation and tourist information we needed.Would definitely recommend and looking forward to another stay at this hotel! Thank you Hotel Napoleon for making our stay very pleasant!

We stayed in Napoleon hotel for 4 nights from march 16th till 20th its centrally located ..room we got is spacious with extra bed for my 6 year old daughter and with big bathroom..our room was very quiet for the middle of the city...staff are very helpful and friendly...free wifi in the hotel including rooms...its perfect for Rome sightseeing and its close to termini station and metro is right infront of the hotel..breakfast was ok plenty of choices
we didnt use metro as much instead we took hop on hop off bus for sightseeing and as a transport too...hop on hop off stops in st.maria maggigore and its 5 min walk from hotel and brings you around all the tourists sights which is really handy. Overall great experience..

Recommended by friends who have stayed at the hotel before. We were met at the airport by a very professional driver arranged by the hotel. On arrival the front entrance looked small but smart compared to the shops on either side however once passed reception opened up like a tardis into a very large tasteful lounge area with separate bar and dining. Our bedroom and shower room were quite snug but spotless however very little draw space or hooks but there was a safe and free wifi. We had to ask for extra coat hangers and pillows which were delivered immediately. All the staff were very friendly and extremely helpful and being my birthday weekend went out of their way to locate a very good fish restaurant and supplied a complimentary bottle of wine. We were invited to the Friday night Taste and Talk hour which was a delight of good wine and tapas and a warm welcome from the hotel owner Roberto. I would agree with other comments that the neighbourhood is not the best but we felt safe walking to and from restaurants in the evening and so close to the metro, trams and Termini which made sightseeing very easy. Will definitely be going back but may go for a larger room.

Stayed at January 2014 for 4 nights. A wonderful hotel near the Termini Station. Travelling for work reasons I’ve stayed in a single bed room. The room size was good, the bathroom spotless and the bed very comfort. All the staff was very helpful and polite.
Right out of the hotel is the Vitorio Emanuele metro station so no worries for transportation in Rome’s center.
I would defiantly return with my wife and family for spending some days in Rome.

Stayed March 2013 as couple in standard double room.

Location - Located approximately 1 mile walk away from Termini station. Situated around a square containing a park. Vitorio Emanuele Subway station less than 1 minute away making it convenient for sightseeing. It has to be said that this is not the best of neighbourhoods but I guess being close to the station in any city you expect this. Dodgy traders abound during the day throughout the day around the square, you don't feel very comfortable late at night. Positives include Plenty of restaurants nearby including a good Indian and average Chinese if you get bored of pasta and pizza !

Hotel itself - A bit dated in building and interiors but has been kept clean. In particularly the bathroom was spotless and looked to have been recently renovated. Free W-Fi. Overall 4 star rating is probably pushing it, more a good 3 star I would say. Breakfast included for all rates. The breakfast was standard fare but tasty. Did not try evening meals. One big plus has to be the staff who were all very courteous and professional. You can tell that the management go out of their way to train the staff well. One message for the staff: I would recommend that you discourage guests smoking outside the main entrance as this spoils the image of the hotel.

Overall: Good clean hotel, excellent staff. Not such a good area. May stay again if I got a good <<100 euro rate but not otherwise.

The service at this hotel is superb. We were met at the airport and from the moment we arrived the hotel team were friendly and helpful. Their advice made our trip to Rome all the more enjoyable.

We chose the hotel because of its reviews and location, right next to the metro. The room was spacious and very clean. Breakfast was pleasant and the metro was easy to use and cheap.

Great hotel, super location but above all excellent team of people. We would return again!
