This is a five-star luxury hotel, but anyone expects to get much more from hotel with Starwood level 7. The breakfast offers not a high variety compared to the competition. Furthermore, butler service is not very helpful. We asked several times for advice on restaurants and have been sent to strange places with high rates and bad quality. Only when we used Michelin guide we spotted a very got restaurant. Furthermore they refuse to do bookings of museums, tickets etc. and advice you to go online and do it yourself. Not an approach you expect from a five-star property.
Some of the rooms are facing the busy street (like ours) and don't have sound-proof windows. The major and basically one advantage of the hotel is its location close to some main attractions.
