I had 2 average nights in the Grand Flora, the location is great but overall the quality is below average.
First impressions were good upon entering the hotel, however the rooms are a let down, the shower dripped, and the breakfast was disappointing,
The size of the rooms are small and need a overall refurbishment, the views from the rooftop restaurant are nice however.
This hotel isn't cheap and I'd expect more for your money given it's a 5* hotel.

Right across street from Harry's bar and villa borghese train station. Hotel needs a huge facelift but overall clean. Room and bathroom very small. Staff very nice. Easy walk to Trevi fountain, Panthenon, plaza de popolo. Love trastaverde area but cabs are difficult to get back to hotel from that area.

Out family stayed in 2 rooms and had a lovely experience. They gave us adjoining rooms so our children were connected to our room. Very pretty rooms and wonderful service. Location is central to all sites. We walked most everywhere. Loved it!

This is an especially nice hotel in a wonderful location. We had a great room with two separate balconies with great views of the city. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfasts on the terrace were really special. Great food with even better views of the city from the rooftop.

We recently returned from 5 night Platinum Point Stay. We were very pleased with the property and location. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Nice restaurant and bar on site. Breakfast on the rooftop was a treat every morning. I would look to stay here again.

We stayed only one night on our final night in Rome. We stayed on Marriott points which was a great deal for a Rome hotel. The hotel staff was nice enough to upgrade us to a suite which gave enough room with the kids. The rooms are older and standard compared to the luxury Boscolo we stayed at earlier in the trip. We didn't have time to enjoy the restaurants or other amenities of the hotel. Overall a good option for staying on points.

We stayed for two nights and finally moved to the Marriott Rome park which is close to the airport. The good points about the grand flora:
1. the staff was nice and tried to be helpful with all questions and requests.
2. the rooftop terrace was as good as advertised for the views.
3. the breakfast was good (it was included in my room price of 500 euros/night).
4. our suite was large for Europe.
The bad points:
1. the noise from the traffic at all hours of the night was unbearable.
2. the room is worn and dated (room 309).
3. the sofa bed for our teenager was terrible.
4. It is really overpriced compared to the Marriott Rome park which turned out to be a perfect hotel for the remainder of our trip.
